I was Pleasantly surprised that the Service area was renovated. The atmosphere was better also. I really was trying to go to another dealership, but because my coupon was from Premier Honda I could only use it there. My last service on the car was at Royal Honda because it was just too loud everywhere. There seem to be too much foolishness going on. Royal Honda is quiet you can sit quietly read books or magazines while waiting on your vehicle without all the loud noises going on. To top that the coffee is available the entire time, and different flavors of cream is also available. Today Premier Honda was so much better even though there was only some off brand powdered cream. Thank God I had just stopped at McDonald's and had liquid cream with me. Trust me I'm not bougie. I just think that's part of customer service. Prmier Honda, and Royal Honda aren't the only dealerships, but between the 2 Royal caters more to their customers. It's all about customer service. I can go to any other Honda dealership, but I said all about customer service. Maybe it's because their customers predominantly blacks. Not sure, but I'm thinking that. Well spending my time with the staff today it was đź’Żbetter. Danny was very attentive, and explained everything to me he's a great guy.

I have to comment on the lack of transparency and the contract terms breach/change when buying out my lease. Their lease contracts only apply to the consumer as the staff Rob Arnette kept telling me that has nothing to do with me buying out my lease. I had already spoke to the Derek Sykes about the discrepancy so he’d gone in and they closed the transparent, glass door and had a discussion. They all sent this guy out. I asked, “oh are you supposed to be their handler? They sent you to handle me?” To which he actually responded, “yeah, haha.” I told him that the contract set forth terms for purchasing my leased vehicle at the end of the term. Rob then got very condescending in his tone and tried to break down to me how I didn’t understand the contract. He told me that they had nothing to do with the lease contracts I signed even though, like I told him, it was drafted by and originated with Premier Honda. I told him there was a section for purchasing the vehicle at lease end and there wasn’t a fee. Rob told me, “that didn’t matter and that they can set their own price”. I told him, “I’m aware however, on the line where the dollar amount for said “fee” would go, it doesn’t say TBD or the amount they attached to the purchase price, nor was it left blank. To the contrary; it actually said $0.” He argued me down and kept belittling me and calling me a liar. He talked to me like I was a child the entire time. Then, he had the nerve to try to sell me an extended warranty, again speaking to me like I’m stupid. I declined the coverage to which Rob redirected to the Derek that, “smart people actually protect themselves and purchase the extended warranty”, effectively calling me stupid. I have purchased four hondas, three honda pilots from three different states and I have never been treated like this which is why I told my husband not to bother coming with. I have referred SEVERAL buyers who have become Honda Pilot owners. No more. I, for sure, won’t be returning as long as Rob is there. Apparently, I don’t understand contracts as a real estate agent. Apparently, I don’t understand contracts as a Veteran. Apparently, I don’t understand contracts as a highly educated professional. In the end, they charged me a buyout/purchase fee even though my contract clearly states that the fee should have been $0. At this point, I don’t even think that was legal. In my opinion, this is not the place for women to car shop if they want to be valued and treated with respect. I witnessed and experienced a guys’ club put on full display that they couldn’t care less about women. I guess customer service went out the window with the renovations. ***I still have the physical contract in my possession and I’ve taken a picture of it as well just in case the Rob wants to call me a liar again.*** Addition: I just found out that they also didn’t register my car correctly even though I have a special plate. Instead of transferring my license plate like the gentleman had successfully and competently done when I traded for the vehicle I currently have, they submitted new registration forms so, I have been driving around with an invalid license plate and registration. I’m sure Rob Arnette will say I’m lying about this too. This ONE encounter with this dealership ensured that I take my business elsewhere. I’m sure this is going to cost me more time AND money but surely this multi-million dollar dealership couldn’t care less about that.

I recently had a dispute with Premier Honda regarding an extended warranty issue. They resolved the issue in my favor, even though I had no paperwork to support my claim. They were not legally obligated to rule in my favor, but they did. They went above & beyond. I know where my next Honda will be purchased. I give them 5 stars PLUS
