Porsche cayenne

Buyer beware

I will never buy another car from this place again! EVER! I thought I was a loyal customer. Apparently not! I bought a few cars from this place over just a few years. Never again!!! Farhan is the owner. I recommend to stay away from him. He will sell you a car. Once you signed the dotted line he has already forgot about you. Pretty much on your own. He likes to low ball you on your trade. Even a trade that you previously bought from him. He said I have to give you lower money on your trade because a small piece of your console is missing(That was missing when I bought it). He likes to low ball and the cars he sells are way over priced. I wish u would have done more research. Please look at Kelley blue book fair market price before making a purchase. Click on the name of their vehicle and copy it and paste it one Kb.com. you will find the same car/year/miles for a better price. Best advice to anyone is please stay away from this place! Jeanne is his finance manager. She does the absolute best that she can. She is great and talented at her job. But her hands are tied because of who she is working for. Again.....you WILL have a bad car buying experience here! Best recommendation.....drive past this car lot. I think there ought to be yellow caution take around the entrance of this car lot. Buyer beware on every car! The owner Farhan should even wear a buyer beware T-shirt! I wish someone would have told me to stay away!

Genuinely Great Service and Price - no tricks

This place is absolutely phenomenal - no hassles, very straightforward and solid pricing system. There?s absolutely zero tricks - just great deals and great service. Atmosphere: the relaxed interior has happy and warm faces to greet you, and a lounge area with a large tv with very comfortable seating. Staff: all of the staff is incredibly friendly and doesn?t feel like ?salespeople?. I?ve been to many many car dealerships, and after coming here and working with Greg Ortiz I decided I would come back even if it was a little more expensive (luckily, they weren?t more expensive because they don?t charge thousands in fees like other car dealerships.) Over the years I?ve been to many dealerships, some good, most horrendous - but Auto Trademark is absolutely splendid and I recommend it to anyone in the market for a car who wants a relaxed experience and great pricing. Thank you for making it so easy to buy a car! I?ll definitely be back.

Cannot say enough good things about this place

The title says it all. Cannot say enough good things about here. We dealt with Farhan, who extremely friendly and as laid back as they come. Absolutely zero pressure. When we got there he had the car pulled around front and told us to go look at it while he stayed inside and finished up with another customer. He didn't stand out there with us while we looked at it. We took awhile looking at it, especially because our small kids went nuts climbing all over it (we bought a minivan). He came out once to check on us and to put a dealer plate on it when we were ready to take it for a test drive. He let us take it on our own, and again, let us alone to explore it. When we were done and ready to talk, we already knew it was a good deal, and the only fee they charged a 599.00 processing fee, which is disclosed online and pretty much everywhere in their office. No other fees were associated which were nice considering many places like to tack on their fees for whatever reason. When we were signing the paperwork, our kids sat and watched cartoons on their big screen tv on their couch. Smooth, painless process. All places should be like them!

The vehicle may LOOK good, but get a pre purchase inspection

They have a 2012 Land Rover LR4 with 99,000 miles, actually its 100K plus miles advertised as "Mint" condition. I ignored the negative reviews and decided to go looked at the vehicle. I test drove it, driving it under 60mph and everything seemed solid. I waited a couple of days and went back to look at it again and asked if they had an issue with me taking it for a pre purchase inspection, they said NO. The next day I picked up the vehicle to take to my inspection appointment, once I got on 66, I gunned it to 70mph and the vehicle started shaking badly as if I had a flat tire, the steering wheel was shaking, I honestly didn't know what the xxxx was going on so I exited off 66 and found a place to park. I looked at the tires and they were fine, they advertised that the vehicle had all new tires by the way. I got back in the vehicle and started playing around with the ride height button. After pushing the ride height switch, a "service soon" warning message came on along with the " height will be adjusted after system cools" ... Instead of taking the vehicle to my pre purchase inspection, I took it back to the dealer and left it parked in the parking space. Folks there seem pretty nice, but I have to question their integrity and honesty. My advice, just because the outside of ANY of their vehicles looks so-called MINT, go have a pre purchase inspection done. Red flag, look at the Carfax, that vehicle has been on their lot since the end of Dec 2016. I would not recommend this place!!!!

Fees, Fees, Fees

I spent a fair amount of time working a deal and pricing out with them just to have them throw a $599 processing fee on the at the end. Do they really need another $599 after the profit they make on the car. Just like a cell phone company to add random fees on at the end. Sure your car will cost you 12,500 plus $500 in tax, plus 85 registration, plus $599 cause we want some more of your money.....

Fees, Fees, Fees

After discussing pricing on a vehicle at length they decided to throw in a "processing" fee at the last minute. Hey lets make a deal and then bump the price up by $599 for selling you car. So now they make a profit off the car, pay taxes to the state, pay registration to the state, and top if off with another $599. Avoid this dealer, they're interested in your wallet not your business.

I have to say I find this review to be unfair. This is Jeannie and I was the one emailing with you. You emailed asking for a total. I ask what state you lived in so I could calculate sales tax and our 3rd email I told you that the price would be and that tax, tags and processing would go on top of that number. We sent several email back and forth after this. I don't understand how you say I put it in last minute. I am very up front with people on everything and I find your reviews to be personally offensive. We are small family owned business and our reputation is very important to us. I find it to be very "extra" that you would write the things you have written because you do not like the processing fee. This fee is average for our area and disclosed on every site we advertise with, so to say we "decided to throw it in last minute" is not only unfair but very inaccurate. Not everything you do not like has to put into a bad review and embellished for affect. Please take a look at yourself and reevaluate your review writing decision making process, there was no need to lash out at us because you did not like a perfectly legal, properly disclosed fee.

bad experience at auto trademark of manassas, va

this dealership should get shut down they lied to customers about there cars being in perfect condition. they are all messed up u will end up spending on fixing the car more than you pay so buyers be aware

Best Dealership

Everything about this dealership was great, I had previously visited many other dealerships in search for my first car and this was by far the best one I had visited. The cars were in great condition, salesmens were very helpful and prices were extremely reasonable. I ended up buying a 2012 Jeep Patriot and couldn't be happier. They definitely made buying my first car a pleasant experience.

Ridiculous

After confirming the day prior and getting there first thing in the morning (after an hour's long drive) I was then told someone else had first dibs of a particular vehicle because they're driving from a further distance away. How freakin' ridiculous. This dealership is neither professional nor organized. Good luck

Hello Jay, I am sorry that you feel that way. Unfortunately these things happen sometimes with multiple people on the same car. We try to be as fair as possible in the order of priority with customers and cars, this vehicle was on hold for someone driving far. Many people call on the same car but unless you are told that we will put the car on hold it is first come first serve. We can not hold cars based on a phone inquiry, every car on the lot would be on hold. There are also many people that call and set and do not show.
