Nice helpful staff. No pressure sales atmosphere and they have a huge lot. Cars are clean and in great shape. Got a good price on an SUV. I would recommend them.

Maybe my money wasn't good enough?
Salesman was rude and wouldn't even allow me to make an offer and basically hung up while I was in the middle of the conversation. But I found another car in Md. with less miles and 2 yrs younger paid a little more but it was worth it. Would never recommend this dealer to anyone.

Beauty with hidden problems
The salespeople aren't pushy, great looking vehicles listed mostly As Is. Auto Trademark should provide a 30 day or 1,000 mile warranty if vehicles are truly sound. Loved Ford Expedition quiet, great looking, handled like a dream under priced by $2,000. Found out why interminent noise turn into constant. DON'T LEAVE DEALERSHIP WITHOUT A 30 DAY WARRANTY Insist on it or buy there first day warranties you will need it. Great warranties coverage and options but way over priced.

Purchase: 2011 BMW X5
Anyone can have a bad experience at any dealership used or new. For us we had a great experience. Started by seeing the vehicle online, contacted and got a fast response. Went to test drive it a few days later (was told we’d get a call if it sold) When we arrived we were cheerfully greeted, test drive and looked it over thoroughly, not being rushed was a plus. To make a long story short we purchased it, the whole experience went super smooth. Jeannie was the most professional and courteous financial manager we have ever dealt with. We came from Richmond to buy this vehicle, got back home with no issues. Ran like a BMW should, fast and strong. We got what we paid for and then some. We highly recommend this establishment. Excellect experience
Excellent to do business with. Farhan made my transaction seemless. I found my car on truecar. Thwy contacted me right away. They offered me a very fair tradein on my truck just by sending them photos. Got our deal set. Drove from NY to VA finalized everything and was driving home in my new car in less than an hour. I highly recommend. Better than any dealer I have ever dealt with.

DO NOT SHOP HERE
I had reached out to Auto Trademark several times in regards to an Audi Q5 no response from the salesman handling that vehicle no return calls. So I call back & I was told that Greg their salesman would e-mail me, which he NEVER did. So I called back because I was very interested in this vehicle, the manager stated that he would make sure Greg called me. Well I assume this must have pissed Greg off because later in the day the dealerships number called my phone and only let it ring 2 times and then hung up. I called back and finally spoke to Greg, whom was beyond RUDE and not at all professional. He started off our conversation by lying and saying that he had e-mailed me a couple of times and left a voicemail which neither were true. He then basically blew me off and quickly stated they only financed for 40 months which was another lie, he clearly did not want my business. I called and complained but I was taken a back that I am trying to spend a large sum of money at this dealership and be treated as I am not worthy of the salesman time. The owner did offer to quote (make it right), but my way of thinking of they are going to lie about sending an e-mail and leaving a voicemail, I can only imagine what kind of lies you would be told about a vehicle. I did buy my Audi but I am thankful that I purchased my vehicle from someone that gladly wanted my business, and was trustworthy. I would not recommend buying a Hot Wheels from this so called dealership. ring 2 times and then hung up, which I assume it was Greg. I do not understand what the purpose in that was. So I called back and spoke with Greg he claimed right of the bat that he had e-mailed me which was a complete LIE, because I have received all of your e-mails but nothing from him. I also felt that he was very RUDE and was not interested in my business at all. He rudely stated that your dealership only offered 40 months financing and my payment would be approx. $400.00. I find it amazing that other dealers offer longer terms or I could have got financing at my Federal credit union as I work for the FBI. He clearly was not interested in helping me at all, & if he is going to LIE to me about sending an e-mail that he didn't than clearly he is not a trustworthy person and I would NOT want to deal with him anyway. I will be taking my business elsewhere because I am purchasing a Q5, & I will make sure to express my experience on Face Book in regards to my dealings with Auto Trademark and post on the FBI board not to deal with your company. An honest, no pressure, car dealer
Just purchased an S2000. I have lots of car buying experience and was very impressed with the honesty of this dealer. I asked basic questions about the cars condition and without being prompted, the dealer pointed out areas they had noticed and touched up (i.e. paint under the front lip where it had worn away). Also, they were not pushy at all and let me take the car for a spin without a big hassle. And finally, they were able to get me financing at a better rate than my own bank, which is amazing because I shopped rates prior to looking for a car. Thank goodness there are still small dealers out there you can trust. Thanks guys!!
