Auto Trademark

Saw a vehicle online for $17,995, I inquired about it asking if they would go lower was told your price is $18,500 everyone else's price is $18,995 unless you are military then it would be $17,995. They have had this vehicle less than a month and put 500 miles on it.

Horrible service, When I walk in. No body even care if im there. I was going to get a car. but the way they treated me like I don't have the money or have the credit to get it. They act like you need the car more than they need to sell it. I feel like I am the one working there and they are they customer. I would not go there again. Horrible !!

After a few months of looking I finally found the exact vehicle I was looking to purchase from Auto Trademark. I worked with Farhan - the Sales Manager and the experience went off without any issues. The Jeep Wrangler that I purchased was exactly as described in perfect condition. I highly recommend them for the purchase of a really nice used vehicle.

As soon as I walked in there the man acted like he didn’t want me to have it. We told him which car we came to look at he gave us the key he didn’t even show us the car or talk to us about it. Then when we went back in there to talk about financing he asked have i ever had a car not i told him yes and im still paying on it. he tried to tell me if i was already financing a car i would have to put $2000 down he didn’t even run my credit

Thanks Mr. Ortiz for an outstanding customer service. I would recommend Auto Trademarks to my friend anytime. The only reason I am not going to give Auto Trademark 5 stars, because you guys only provided me with one key. I just find out that the key will cost me $586 to replace.:

This was a nightmare from start to finish they made plenty of promises that they did not live up to. When we purchased the car they told us they fixed all of the gaskets and truck was perfect. Check engine light came on took it back it was the catalytic converters I paid 500 and they paid the other half of the repairs they said. They kept the truck for 4 weeks when we picked it up it was in worse shape. It was shaking and the check engine light came back on. Then i took it to another shop to find out that nothing they said they did was ever done. The truck was still leaking fluids and i still had paper tags 3 sets of tags. The oil drain plug was stripped they told me they would fix it they never did so they promised to pay my deductible of 250.00 When they found out that I contacted the better business bureau they said I wasnt going to get my check. So now I still have leaks and they keeping my check. Now i have to go to court for 250.00 It's the principal's not the money They did nothing but tell lies from day one save yourself the headache.

Zeeshan and Farhan worked with me from a distance, with a great price on a really good car. Not only did they give me a bunch of information and work with me on the price, but they had the car all ready to go to make the buying process really easy. I trust these two to do the right thing by me and anyone else.

I purchased a vehicle through auto trademark on August 31. Mr. Ahmad is a very good salesman. His experience helped everything to go very smoothly. The vehicle actually looked better than the picture and I am very satisfied. I got a good price on the vehicle too. There were only 2 small things that needed to pass Maryland inspection. The only thing I would recommend is for auto trademark to give some type of warranty for at least 30 days. If anyone asks me, I would have no problem telling them about auto trademark and my pleasant experience.

Shady dealership. Dishonest. Called ahead for info before traveling 80 miles to see and salesman said vehicle was in great condition however upon arrival had a FAILED inspection sticker. Salesman said it was a light bulb but turned out to be due to ball joint replacement needed. Salesman said it will be ready next day. Put a deposit down and not ready two days later. Did not trust dealership and said I am not buying and they said the deposit was non refundable. They did not take listing off web and still would not return my deposit. Untrustworthy dealer.

Great experience with Farhan. He came across as honest and up-front. I offered a price on a truck that he did not go for, and he didn't budge from that. I later saw a great deal on their website and ended up going for that vehicle instead. So far the vehicle has been great and the customer service provided by Farhan has been excellent. He's very responsive and tries to make you feel happy about the purchase. The atmosphere in the dealership is very relaxed and casual. Not in your face trying to push cars on you. They allow you to be in the driver's seat. They are very accommodating with test drives and even extended test drives to take the vehicle to your mechanic or anything. Definitely will look them up next time when I'm in the market for another car.
