Greg, my customer rep was fantastic. I had driven over 3 hours to get to the dealership. He had the car out front and ready for me upon my arrival. Gave me the keys to test drive the vehicle. He also made sure that I made it to turn the rental in on time. The car is exactly what I was looking for clean and very low miles.

Was planning on travelling to pick up a rare 3 series Auto Trademark had in their inventory. Worked out a deal, secured financing, insured the car. On my way to the dealer the salesman called me and told me the car had been sold. Spoke to the sales manager and he said the other person was offering more for the car and they took it. Shady business practices going on here.

Initiated conversation with sale-person for a light used car. The young lady that was listed on other reviewes as inexperienced and lacking business skills- Pamela - goes over the phone as Alexis - made some arrangements for onsite visit. As out of state - made travel plans, took day and booked flight. In order to have things set up , I made on offer in writing regarding the full asking price on all online search engines. CARS.COM included. The salesperson or the sale manager ? Shakil never initiated / followed on any conversation or question. By the time arrived- within 12 hrs after having formal offer- they disposed of the car. Atrocious communication, no followup interaction. Usefully, I give people/businesses the benefit of the doubt but the 1 star reviews are true. Avoid avoid avoid. I bought cars in the past form dealers - 4 in last 4 years - this is the worst experience.

It’s clear that this dealership only presents the cleanest and tightly scrutinized cars. Hands down the most clean and reliable used car I’ve purchased in years. Really—I highly encourage anyone who is looking for a used (but very new condition) vehicle (in and out)...to visit this team. A+++ You’re going to get what you pay for- Exceptionally well kept and like new cars!!! Can’t say enough

Saw a vehicle online for $17,995, I inquired about it asking if they would go lower was told your price is $18,500 everyone else's price is $18,995 unless you are military then it would be $17,995. They have had this vehicle less than a month and put 500 miles on it.

Horrible service, When I walk in. No body even care if im there. I was going to get a car. but the way they treated me like I don't have the money or have the credit to get it. They act like you need the car more than they need to sell it. I feel like I am the one working there and they are they customer. I would not go there again. Horrible !!

After a few months of looking I finally found the exact vehicle I was looking to purchase from Auto Trademark. I worked with Farhan - the Sales Manager and the experience went off without any issues. The Jeep Wrangler that I purchased was exactly as described in perfect condition. I highly recommend them for the purchase of a really nice used vehicle.

As soon as I walked in there the man acted like he didn’t want me to have it. We told him which car we came to look at he gave us the key he didn’t even show us the car or talk to us about it. Then when we went back in there to talk about financing he asked have i ever had a car not i told him yes and im still paying on it. he tried to tell me if i was already financing a car i would have to put $2000 down he didn’t even run my credit

Thanks Mr. Ortiz for an outstanding customer service. I would recommend Auto Trademarks to my friend anytime. The only reason I am not going to give Auto Trademark 5 stars, because you guys only provided me with one key. I just find out that the key will cost me $586 to replace.:
