Great Customer Service
Enjoyed speaking with Austin Copeland at Joe Cooper Ford. He wasn't pushy. He listened to what we were looking for and I didn't feel like we were trying to be sold. The manager did a good follow up and while we didn't leave there with a new car, felt like we were offered good values; it was just more than we were wanting to spend.

Great service provided and a very short waiting ti
I purchased a used f250 recently. While still under factory warrant I felt it needed to be checked out. I called the service dept at Joe cooper ford in shawnee to schedule a time. When I pulled in the service manage Tommy came out and filled me in pretty quickly of its required service, it's history of service and I was made to feel comfortable about my recent purchase. The service dept. performed all the checks, updated the computer on the truck, made me a spare key, and even served up coffe and donuts while I waited.
