Our experience was a very good one, Mike Morgan was very thoughtful and helpful throughout the entire purchase. I came in not really knowing what I was looking for, but had a giant list of needs and i feel like everyone of them was met. My wife and I never once felt like we were being lead towards something we didn't want or need, and we both feel like we were treated very well. We finally decided on a brand new Toyota Sienna minivan and could not be more pleased.Mike Morgan and the entire staff at Bob Tyler Toyota of pensacola helped us on every way possible and made this experience a great one, I would highly recommend them to anyone. We will definitely continue to do business with Mike and Bob Tyler Toyota in the future.

Before the sale was mostly a good experience. Kubi was very upfront and stood behind what he said. During the sale Falicia was very nice. But that is where client service went out the window. Except for the Tag and Title department it takes an act of congress to get a response out of either. Falicia called me back once very early on but never followed through with anything she said she would do to communicate what was going on with financing and I have left a phone message and an email that Kubi still hasn't returned. In the email I said that I wasn't getting a warm fuzzy from your company that would bring me back to you when I am ready to purchase again.... I am very big on CLIENT service but it is appears to me that it is a rare commodity in your company.

Bob Tyler is STILL the Best!

My family has purchased over a "Dozen" cars and trucks from Bob Tyler over the last 15+ years. I recently purchased "two" 2013 Rav 4 vehicles from Mike Morgan! Mike is a friendly and knowledgeable salesperson. Mike's caring and professional attitude helps "keep" Bob Tyler #1! Great job!

Poor service

My son was looking for a used car was very unhappy with the service we received. We purchased a 2003 Toyota tundra brand new in fact we were the first to purchase the extended cab at this location. A few years later we brought the truck in for a recall I believe ball joints. When I picked up my truck the passenger side front bumper had been damaged it just happened I had to walk past that side to get in my truck and noticed it. No report had been written up. They promised to fix the damage well the repair work is not holding up and when I went in to ask about fixing it they said no because they had contracted the work out and they were not responsible for it. I have asked three times now and still no. I believe they are responsible for the poor repair job as it was TOYOTA that damaged my truck.

I've been dealing with Mike Campbell since I move to Pensacola 8 years ago. I've purchase at lease 6 new vehicles for my family during that time and it all because of his professional manner and ability to make you feel like your the reason that make Bob Tyler Toyota the successful car dealership that it is. That a rare trait in these times and he's to be commended for that alone. But his abilities doesn't stop there. He has a way of spreading his personality around to other employees till it becomes infectious and instead of it being another day at the office. It become more like a group of people enjoying their day and having fun while doing their job in a way that makes everyone feel good about what their doing. Would I do business with Mike Campbell and Bob Tyler Toyota? Absolutely! Regards, Captain A. B. Russell

On July 12th I found a used 2012 Prius V at an attractive price advertised on line by Bob Tyler Toyota. I made and appointment with a salesman , Larry, to see it the next day. When my wife and I arrived Larry told us he was working with another customer, but gave us the key so we could look at the vehicle. When he finally joined us he told us the advertised price was a mistake (?) but they would honor it if we wanted the car. He made it clear that what we saw was what we would get - no second key, no touch up paint, etc. The vehicle had been washed but not detailed (still had previous owners personal items behind the back seat). After a test drive my wife told Larry we wanted the car and I asked him to evaluate our trade in and write it up. After another very long wait he returned with an offer that was 2 to 3 thousand dollars under clean trade in for our car. I attempted to counter but the manager wouldn't budge, so I told Larry I would pay them the advertised price and sell my car myself. He got a bewildered look on his face and mumbled something like " you still want it?" He rushed off and, unlike his other long visits to the manager, he was back in about 30 seconds with Verne Hilt, the general manager. Verne introduced himself, noted that we had been there " for some time" (over three hours) and then said " that vehicle has been sold". He told us some story about two managers involved, blah blah blah, and said he wanted to make this right. He led us into his office and, in order to get us to leave without making a scene, fed us a too good to be true story about finding us another used vehicle or giving us a fantastic deal on a new vehicle he would get from another dealer. Of course we have never heard from him again. There may be another issue here besides dishonesty and greed.

Our salesman Jason was extremely patient. Even when we wanted to see multiple cars, giving him no real basis to start from, he took the time to show us and test drive what ever vehicle we wanted too. When he did not have the answers to our questions, he would find them out for us. The used car sales manager Philip was a no haggle type of guy. He was able to take your input and show you the best price he was able to let the vehicle go for. With these two employees, you do not experience the head ache of buying a vehicle. Thank you for the professional and courteous experience of buying a used vehicle. Mark and Melissa
