1st Experiance with Grainger Honda

I visited Grainger Honda for the first time last week and was immediately greeted buy Kai Collins. Kai took excellent care of me (and my vehicle) for the entire service appointment. I was notified via text during the entire visit and was notified promptly when my vehicle was done. I will definitely be going back.

Our experience was excellent. Tim was great to work with. We were on vacation from Pennsylvania and were having issues with our van. He made every effort to work in our price range and find us exactly what we were looking for. Thanks a ton!!!

Battery Dying

Steve Morgan had our van in quickly, had the tests done, found it was the battery dying (vs the alternator or something), then replaced the battery and applied a warranty I forgot it had.

Bought 3rd Car from Grainger.

Recently, my wife and I purchased our 3rd car from Grainger Honda. Our first was a black CRV. We traded that in for a white Pilot. Most recently, we traded the Pilot for a preowned VW. Each experience was painless and we didn't feel like many people do once they have left the dealership. We did our research in advance, had a realistic budget, and knew what we wanted. The agreement was fair each time and we left the dealership happy. Customer service goes a long way.

Feeling helpless!

Grainger Honda Service came to my rescue on a day my 2014 Pilot would not start. With a jump start and no appointment, Jonathon Barrett worked my vehicle in, found a faulty battery, replaced it at no charge since under warranty and got me back on the road in time for a mid day appointment. Crisis averted!

To busy to make a sale

Called for a price on a car twice, said they had to check with the manager. I guess I wasn't important enough to get a returned phone call. Sales must be good, but you will never get a call from me again!!

WORST DEALERSHIP EVER!

WORST DEALER EVER! SERVICE TECHS ARE INCOMPETENT, DOWN TO NOT EVEN ABLE TO DO A SIMPLE OIL CHANGE. ONLY CONCERN DEALERSHIP IS HOW MANY ISSUES YOUR VEHICLE HAS AND $$$. EVEN THE SALES PERSON DEALT WITH, A YOUNG GUY, HAS AN ARROGANT, COCKY, PUSHY WAY ABOUT HIM, LIVING UP TO THE STEREO-TYPE. I'LL BE TAKING MY HONDA ELSEWHERE AND BUY A NEW ONE ANYWHERE BUT HERE.

Service customer

Kai Collins was extremely helpful and professional. He helped me to get back on the road quickly since I was traveling. He kept me apprised of the status of the repairs and kept me involved in decision making. Kai provides me with excellent service! And the customer waiting area was spotless!

Scheduled Oil change and Tire rotation

I purchased my 2016 Accord from the Grainger Honda in Savannah, GA. So fortunate I was assigned to the Blue team for maintenance and repair. Steve is my service advisor. What an awesome employee!!!! Easy to schedule, rapid intake, update texts given, and escorts me to cashier. Even researched a recall for my husband’s Honda! All with a smile.
