Great Service!!!

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Clifford (can’t remember last name but I can’t imagine there are too many Cliffords at this location) provide outstanding service for my 2018 Odyssey. I would recommend him and any of the staff. I’ve been here 3 times and have been in good hands every time.

Service review

Excellent service again from Steve Morgan. Got my oil changed, tires rotated, and several filters replaced and was out of there in less than an hour!

Oil change / tire needed attention

Clifford Mills was my service advisor. Clifford is a courteous, professional knowledgeable service advisor. He kept me informed about the service being rendered to my vehicle.

Grainger Honda was awesome.

One of the sales persons,Eric Brogan was very nice, polite super helpful with answering questions and made us feel comfortable. He worked really hard and was able to get us a good deal on a new Pilot.

Oil change and backup camera wasn’t working

Took my Honda Accord in for an oil change and also to check the video on the backup camera was t working.James Hammond was the most helpful gentleman.The backup camera had to be replaced so that meant another trip to grangier.James went out of his way and went to another dealership and got a new camera for my car so I woundnt have to make another trip.He is one special person,kind and very courteous.

Misshap fixed

I took my truck in to get a tire plugged and when it was finished they parked it . It was an extremely windy day and one of the signs blew over on my truck and scratched it pretty bad. I didn't notice it that day but brought it in the next morning and James Hammond took over from there. They put me in another Ridgeline and took my truck to be repaired. James Hammond kept me up to date about the progress of my repair. It was a freak accident and Grainger Honda made it right for me. Thank you James Hammond.
