Diagnosing a Potential Issue
I am very impressed with high ethics displayed by Jeffery Smith at Hendrick Honda. I had an impression that the engine in my Honda Accord 2002 produced unusual noise when started cold. The matter was examined, fortunately no issues were detected. The dealer did not charge for that work. I will definitely continue using services of this dealership, whom I can trust!

Great service, waiting area and staff
Jeff Nall and team did a great job in getting me I in and out quickly. My 60,000 mile service went quickly, I was able to get work done on-site using free wi-fi and they even repaired my tire for cheap. As always, only the best from hendrick. Great job Jeff!

A great and very professional experience!
Buying our new Honda Fit was enjoyable from the time we entered the showroom until we drove off the lot with our new car! Our salesperson Sam Fisher did an excellent job in locating the car we wanted, explaining all of the features and working with us in finalizing the deal. His Manager, Sean McLane, was outstanding in providing answers and working with Sam to be sure everything was covered. He made it obvious that selling a car is a team effort. Jim Loebrich, Business Manager, covered all the bases in a very professional manner.

Honda Odysee/Ned Hindi
I purchased a Honda Odysee at Hendrick Honda on South Blvd. the car Salesman I had the privilege of working with was Ned Hindi. I couldn't have asked for a more faithful, honest, man of integrity than him to sale me a car. You are always wondering "is this car salesman trying to finagle me or is he real" well Ned Hindi is real, and I encourage you if your going to buy a car please go and see Ned at Hendrick Honda on south Blvd in Charlotte NC you will not be disappointed.

Accident Repair
