Great Service, attitude and overall knowledge.

I live in Greensboro but drove to Charlotte to purchase a new Honda Accord. My sales person name is Jessica Johnson. Jessica made the buying experience extremely easy. We did the deal by email and phone texts. I have purchased several new cars and working with Jessica was a real pleasure. Jessica worked hard to earn my business and even contacted me on her days off. I would highly recommend Jessica to anyone looking to purchase a new or used car from Hendrick Honda.

Another Very Satisfied Customer

Scott Wendel was on point and exceptional in his service. Very clean in every area. Everyone friendly and effective to include the check out ladies and the driver. Fast Friendly Effective Service Always! I also would like to mention Sean McClain in finance he has helped me with the last 2 Honda cars of my 3. I have been a Honda owner for over 12 years. Sean is always in view of the customers most every time I am in for service and speaks with everyone with helpful friendly conversation and always with a smile. I love this place and ALL THE PEOPLE! Of course I am in for routine service! A Honda never needs repair! GO HENDRICK!

Buying a new 2014 LX

The Best

Scott Wendel is the best service advisory that i have ever experienced. I have owned cars in three different states (RI, NY, NC) and I have owned a variety of makes and models (chevy, subaru, ford, dodge, pontiac, lexus and honda). Of all the dealerships and service advisors I have felt with, Scott is the best. He knowledge extends from warranty requirements to routine maintenance to non-power train issues. I have recommended Hendrick Honda to many car buyers and always steer them in Scotts direction. If ever I need a new Honda I would buy it at Hendrick primarily because of the service I know I would receive under Scotts expert eye.

Excellence in service

I took my honda accord in for routine maintenance but the mechanic discovered a leaking transmission case. Since my vehicle was still under warranty, they fixed it for free. It did take an extra hour and a half but they gave out free popcorn. Scott Wendell was my service representative and he kept me informed at all times.
