Great service

Jim Burrow is an excellent advisor for Honda cars. He is friendly, courteous and knowlegeable who always explain about my car. I trust his opinion when it comes to my car. He is an asset to Honda service department.

A real saint!

I discovered Dave Thomas in the Service Department several years ago when I was dissatisfied with my service at another local Honda dealership. Hendrick's Honda was further from my home and I have to fight work traffic to get there, but after working with Dave, I wouldn't go anywhere else. (I even take my Toyota there now!) Dave is 100% professional, 100% honest, is pleasant and even has a great sense of humor. Every time I've ever been in with my cars, whether it's good news or bad, I know that I can trust him 100% and as a female who knows next to nothing about cars, I am deeply grateful for his approach to his work. He doesn't mind explaining the problems in language I can understand, doesn't lose patience with my questions, and the final price always seems to come in a little UNDER the original estimate. Two years ago when I bought a new car, I can honestly say I bought a Honda primarily so I could continue bringing it to Dave for service (and I even bought it from Hendrick's). THANK YOU DAVE & THANK YOU HENDRICK'S HONDA!

Great customer service!

I purchase my 2005 Honda CRV from Hendrick Honda in March of this year. Yesterday I took it in for it's first service exam. Clarissa Parks was excellent! From the time I drove in to the time I drove out....I felt like a valued customer. She gave me a very accurate estimate of how long it was going to take and she was pretty much right on the money. I like the waiting area too! Next time I'm going to bring my laptop and plug in at one of the cubicles. PS - they have popcorn!!!

Front brakes, alignment, tire balance, change oil

Dan Cannon was very helpful and patient as he discussed with me the pricing and discounts. I feel that the Honda folks did a good job in doing the repairs needed.

Always a great visit to get my car serviced.

Dennis Sanford is the technician who took care of me when I brought my car in this past weekend. This man is non-stop smiling, is a great conversationalist and knows his stuff when it comes to these cars. Each time I come in, it's a true pleasure to be waited on by him. He makes the experience great and I always leave with a smile on my face. Well done, Dennis, you are a great asset to Hendrick Honda!!

Best service I ever get is from Dan Cannon

Dan is my go to person when I schedule even the smallest item such as an oil change. That's because I trust Dan Cannon to give it to me straight and tell me exactly what is wrong and what it takes to fix it. Not only that he takes the time to explain options I have instead of just saying this is it, take intro leave it. Hendrick as a company should be proud to have him in their staff.

Service: Timely, courteous, and competent

Went in for routine oil change and lube because I had two long-distance drives coming up. Service rep Danny Cannon and the astute mechanic found a major problem with the electrical system. I wasn't happy about the unexpected repair charges, but I am very thankful the dysfunction was discovered and corrected before my long trips. Danny Cannon arranged to have the repairs made immediately. I am totally satisfied with the service I received at Hendrick Honda.
