Coconut Point Ford Lack Of Service Department
The bulk of this review pertains to the Service Department. Our 2018 Mustang experienced a second mechanical failure within 21,000 miles, and we had it towed to Coconut Point Ford on a Friday evening. Saturday morning we were at the service department. We were told that they were really backed up, and could take up to three weeks. Maybe even a week just to look at it...seriously??? If you have a service backlog, you start paying overtime or hire some temporary staff to keep up. I will not take a vehicle here for service. Ever. How does the story end? We couldn?t wait. We bought a new car, and let them a broken trade to fix when it was convenient for them. It?s on their used car lot already, so I guess the three week estimate was just for actual customers. Sales experience was just fine. Service department...no thanks.

Coconut Ford Quicklane is lifesaver
I use the Coconut Ford Quicklane exclusively - wen I had my Ford 500 and with my Subaru. My early experience in Florida was upsetting of all repair services when my appointment was for a simple oil change. I got tired of having to have my husband come to oil changes with me to sort real issues. Coconut Ford Quicklane is honest, thorough, professional. I recommend them every time someone mentions service.

What I like about this dealer is the straightforward way...
What I like about this dealer is the straightforward way they conduct business. Open and transparent approach. In many visits over the years, they have never tried to up-sell me something I didn't need. My vehicle is long off warranty but I still take it to the dealer for all service.
