I have always had very good service with this dealership....

I have always had very good service with this dealership. I bought a brand new Mazda3 from them in May of 2008 and was talked into buying the extended warranty which would cover "everything" for an additional 3 years. ONLY to find out now (3.6 years after purchase) that it does not cover my leaking shock absorber! This was never stated when purchased....leaves an ill feeling now about the dealership!

Once we signed the paperwork on the car they would not...

Once we signed the paperwork on the car they would not give use help anymore. The car needed to be cleaned so they kept it for a few days to clean and have ready for us and when we went to pick it up they did not have it cleaned. We also noticed that some other issues with blower fan motor of heating/cooling had a bearing going out and they said they would fix it but once we signed the paperwork they kept saying we cannot working on it now you have to wait until the fan stops working. Also they kept saying hey it is a used car so expect problems. The call was a certified car so it should have been fixed from the beginning. Also there was a intermitent noise from the enginer that turned out to be a problem with the converter flange dammaged gasket. They also would not look at it or even acknowledge the problem. We did take the car to Berge Mazda and they looked at the car and found the problem right away and fixed it too because the car was ceritfied so it was covered. The certified paper was not provided until we asked and then they said why do we need it. They provided the copy after some time but it was not signed or dated so the questions is was it done or not. It does not matter now because Mazda will warrenty the certified car so that is good at least. The overall service and customer care after we signed the paperwork is very poor and they do not try to help you anymore. I would recommend not to purchase a car from them but goto Berge Mazda instead.

First time buyer, i was very pleased with the experience...

First time buyer, i was very pleased with the experience . . . everyone was very friendly and i was impressed with everyone's knowledge of the product . . whole process seemed pretty painless and i am very happy with my new Mazda3 . . . i would definitely recommend Cardinale Way Mazda to anyone interested in a new ride!!

After relentlessly car shopping at dealerships with no...

After relentlessly car shopping at dealerships with no end in sight, we were just about tired of it. Our last stop was Cardinale Way Mazda, and just amazed at their customer service. We met with John Wagner, and he even washed and detailed my car for me as we spoke! This car had not been washed seen I purchased it. It's unimaginable how courteous he was. From this refreshing experience, We will definitely be returning.

Greg and Joe were absolutely amazing. They were very nice...

Greg and Joe were absolutely amazing. They were very nice and fought very hard to have us walk away with a used vehicle in pur possesion. We were there for 10 hours and Greg stayed with us the entire time. He even got us some popcorn and made sure we were comfortable. I walked away with a 2008 dodge nitro and will definitely be using them again on the future!

I went to this dealership with no intention of purchasing...

I went to this dealership with no intention of purchasing a vehicle i was just window shopping. I thought that the idea of buying a new car right now was not an option for me. When My wife and I decided to let the sales man (John Wagner) run the numbers I thought i was playing hard ball. He felt he could do better and did. He gave me more for my trade-in than i asked and sold me the car for less than my offer with a lower interest rate than i thought i could get. I will definitely be going back for my next purchase.

I have never owned a new car in my life and the task...

I have never owned a new car in my life and the task seemed pretty daunting. Working with Brian was the best and most easy experience in getting my first although used, new vehicle painless and all together enjoyable. I thought it was going to be a rough experience but it was not the case in the slightest bit. I know any people who have dealt with Cadinale Way Mazda and have all walked away happy customers. You may not add me to the list! Great job guys!

Picked up a mazda3 for the wife. Very smooth transaction. This is my second car I have purchased from Robert Dziezynski and will go back to him when we need another mazda. He is very patient and will go out of his way to help you. Also worked with John Wagner who is very knowledgable and helped us alot. Give em a call, you wont regret it.

So happy with my purchase at Cardinale Way Mazda! This is the first car I've ever bought and I will definitely be coming here again when I want another one. I'm going to tell all of my friends to go here. The service was great and friendly. At first, I wasn't sure what car I wanted but John was patient and helped out a lot. I finally decided on a 2012 Mazda 3 4-door and couldn't be happier! I also got an amazing price- even under GMS price! Thanks so much Cardinale Way Mazda and John!

I am driving my second Mazda to date. I like to see...

I am driving my second Mazda to date. I like to see familiar faces when I go to the dealership for service. I've had the pleasure of working with Nick for quite a while now. He is always courteous, he always answers any questions I have about the service done on my car, and whenever he gives me a tentative price for a service it is almost on the money. Thank you for great service!
