I have bought two cars from this dealership and have been EXTREMELY satisfied. John Wagner was very helpful in helping me and my wife find the car that was right for us. John was friendly, thoughtful, and not at all pushy. Nick in the service department has been very helpful with our car services. Nick has been there for us from day one with any suggestions to make sure our cars have been in perfect working order.

I just wanted to recommend to anyone that is looking for a New or Used car this is the dealership to go and ask for John Wager. I just got done purchasing a new 2012 Mazda 3 from John and he was not only knowledgeable but very hands on. He makes sure that you get what you want and he goes the extra mile to do so. He has a great team that he works with at Cardinale Way Mazda in Mesa, AZ. At this dealership you can expect to be treated with respect and not pressured into anything you don't want. Some other people that I worked with at this dealership were Brandon LaRue and Daniel Morgan who John works with to make you have no doubts and get exactly what you want on your vehicle. This experience was great from walking through the doors to look at a car to walking out with a new car.

I got a call from john saying he took over my file at...
I got a call from john saying he took over my file at mazda and wanted to get me in a new car. I've been severly upside down n my pontiac g6 due to driving over a hundred miles a day for work at a previous job. I told him several times id never be able to get out of it, even other people at mazda in the past said I couldn't get out of it. And john got me the exact vhicle I wanted with 30k miles lesss than I expected and got me out of my car. I was so amazed I was speachless, which if you knew me was rare. I cannot believe I'm driving my dream 4dr jeep wrangler. Its perfect. My experience was perfect and johns service was perfect. Tell john I said thank you a million times!

I went though a lot of dealerships in the Phoenix and sister cities area, including Chapman and Camelback, but Cardinale Way Mazda was the most straightforward and personable dealership out of the bunch. I set up my purchase on the phone, and aside from learning how to use the car, I pretty much walked in with a check and came out with my brand new Mazda3. I worked with some awesome guys, in particular Chris Hansen to get the best possible price vs. features. Their brilliant and geeky tech guy walked me through the dash features and helped me get a feel for how it should drive. It was really fun. In general, their staff was friendly, direct, and didn't push any last-minute deals on me, no deceptive sales tactics. This is probably why they are the most recognized dealer in the state. Overall an amazing experience. I highly recommend you shop from these guys, they really know what they're doing! I especially suggest you talk with Chris Hansen, he's a great guy to work with. My experience with Chris Hansen was very good, especially with his infinite patience. And I have never experienced such congeniality with the entire sales force. After the sale I had a call from Joean Santore, needing more information, and she too was patient and kind, as well as helpful with my computer ignorance.
