Steve is always helpful and is big time knowledgeable...

Steve is always helpful and is big time knowledgeable about Mazda cars. He's always willing to work with you and give you the best price for services. He's also very friendly on the phone and in person. Service with a smile! Great attitude! And most of all he cares big time! When you drop your car off for service early, he gives you the best service and gets it in early. I always want to come to Steve every time I need service because he's the best there is.

My husband and I were ecstatic with the service we...

My husband and I were ecstatic with the service we received at Cardinale Way. It surpassed all other car purchases I have ever made...and I have bought and leased MANY cars. Chris worked with us to find a vehicle that would fit our family of 3 boys, a labrador, and a Saint Bernard and in our price range. He did not try to pressure us into anything more expensive or into our purchase. He respected our budget, what we needed for our family, and what we wanted. He found us a beautiful Mountaineer in our price range that fits us all and we LOVE it. Todd also went the extra mile, got us a lower percentage rate in the end and got us a loan in our own name, which we thought would not be a possibility at the present time. Every one there went above and beyond and was very friendly and genuine. No pressure, faking it, or lying to make a sale. Would HIGHLY recommend Cardinale Way, Chris Mankin, and Todd Duthie.

Since the moment I requested a quote over the internet...

Since the moment I requested a quote over the internet until the time I drove it home, Chris was friendly, informative, and efficient. I hadn't purchased a new car for a whle so I was surprised when the price was pretty well set in stone, but I believe I received a fair price and was extremely happy with the service and my new car.

Found a perfect used car on Cardinale website. Sent an...

Found a perfect used car on Cardinale website. Sent an e-Mail. Promplty was contacted and spoke with Chris Hansen who personally walked around the vehicle, offered to test drive it personally, gave personal assurance of the quality and condition. Offered to drive the car over 200 miles just to let me see it...no obligation!!! (On New Years Eve yet..!!) As I live out of the Phoenix area so I had to travel to the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. Mr. Hansen cheerfully picked me up, in the vehicle, and presented a CarFax without being asked. After test driving and arrival at Cardinale Mazda was introduced to managers and other staff. All were pleasant, not pushy, no pressure...just friendly and knowledgeable. Sat with Finance Manager, Mr. Duthie, who was friendly and very professional. Got presented with various finance options and discussed an extended warranty. All of which was low pressure at about the level of a discussion two friends might have over coffee or something. Car was great. Service was better. Staff was superb.
