Cardinaleway Mazda's location, and staff is unsurpassed by any other dealership I have visited or talked too. With the loyal and friendly staff, I felt at home as soon I stepped on the lot. I was greeted with a firm hand shake and a welcome smile, definitely made the buying experience an unforgettable one. Being a first time buyer I wasn't sure of what to expect, But Robert D, And the crew showed why they are the best at what they do. Friends, family, and any one else who is looking for a new and/or used car will be satisfied to the highest content. Getting money is the last thing on the staffs mind, its about the happiness and satisfaction that they bring to a customer by putting them behind the wheel of a car that they will cherish and love. I'm proud of my decision of choosing Cardinaleway Mazda, And the loyal and friendly staff, I wouldn't change my decision for anything.

My wife and I stopped in for info and a test drive. Brian made us feel right and home and comfortable. After 3 hours we drove our new Mazda home. Brian did a great job on features and benefits and explaining the overall operation of the Mazda 3. While we did not intend to buy today, it felt right and we are not sorry. Wish we had time to review other accessories for the car but will see them in the future. Thanks Brian and the finance staff! Chuck and Pat Borghoff

Mainly Daniel Morgan was a friendly and likeable salesman...

Mainly Daniel Morgan was a friendly and likeable salesman who knew what he was doing all the way. He did everything I think he could to work with us and get us the deal on the vehicle we wanted. Everyone in all positions was friendly and helpful. Todd in finance was very nice and definetly new his business. I'm definetly coming back to this dealership when I'm ready to buy again. Thank you very much. Marsha and Jon Schade I just looked ahead and saw that I have to log in to have my review accepted. I really don't like having to do this but I do want to give Daniel the good review he deserves.

I ALWAYS have a great experience at Cardinale Way Mazda. Service Advisor, Nick Santarsiero, determines what service work is absolutely necessary and quotes the best possible price. He is friendly and efficient. I am always able to schedule a convenient service appointment. The service work is completed on time. I never have any problems at Cardinale Way Mazda where I do ALL of my service work.

We had a wonderful experiance with Chris and the entire dealership. They were quick, efficiant, and the prices were great! Chris was unbelievable helpful and a pleasure to work with. We had been looking to purchase for a few months and he kept us updated with new deals and any vehicles that came onto the lot that matched our wants and needs. The finace department was very friendly and Todd made that experiance as painless as possible. We have decided that we will now be a Mazda family and our next new vehicle will come from the same place!

Chris, Todd and the rest of the staff were great. The BEST customer service I have ever received. I have never been treated so well at a car dealership. They were so patient and understanding of our situation. They treated us as indivduals and really went the extra mile to help us drive away in a vehicle we were happy with. We had been looking for weeks, visiting and calling different dealerships and not one of them was willing to work with us, some of them not even returning phone calls. ONE phone call to Chris and a visit to CardinaleWay Mazda and I am in the car I want!!! I will be going to them for years to come and have already recommended them to several of my friends and family! Todd in the finanace department was also great, explaining everything to us and giving us options for the future. YOU GUYS ARE ALL GREAT AND WE APPRECIATE EVERYTHING YOU DID!!!!! THANK YOU!!!!I LOVE MY CAR!!!

My wife and I had an outstanding experience with buying a new Mazda at Cardinale Way. I called to ask about a specific Mazda 3 they had in their inventory. Daniel Morgan took my call and had the vehicle washed and ready for us at the front door when we arrived. We had a trade in that 2 other dealerships had tried to lowball us on but Daniel and his manager worked with us to get what we wanted and arrived at a great price for the Mazda. My wife and I will definitely be back to Daniel in the future and I'd reccomend you speak to him if you decide to go. Thanks for making our new car buying experience stress free and easy. RJ

My wife and I planned on buying a Ford Focus or Chevy...

My wife and I planned on buying a Ford Focus or Chevy Cruze. The Focus did not offer a 6 speed manual and the 5 speeds could not be found. The Cruze had such a plush non-sporty ride that my wife did not feel comfortable (motion sickness). We drove the Mazda 3 Skyactive with a 6 speed manual---WOW! I liked it, she liked it-zoom zoom!!!! This car is incredible with so many features (did we also mention super MPG). We replaced our Acura RSX S type which had been rear ended. We are very happy with this new Mazda 3. Cardinale Way Mazda had the car and the price. The dealership is loaded with good people, especially Robert "Dizzy" Dziezynski and Kevin Gierhahn. Friendly and knowledgeable, these are car guys. We did not buy the Saturday we test drove the car. We had a dinner commitment that day and they were so understanding (read-NOT PUSHY). We had such a positive impression about the dealer, we went back Monday. They gave us a great deal on a great automobile. We want to go back just to say hi.
