Daniel is by far one of the best car guys I've ever worked with. Doesn't pressure you, and goes to bat for you in the tower. One of the coolest guys I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I would recommend him to ANYONE who was thinking about purchasing a new or used Mazda.

This was by far the best experience ever in buying a car. The management was amazing. They promised me over the phone what they would do, and gave me more than i expected when i arrived. They were professional in every aspect of the transaction. It would be my pleasure to refer friends and family to this staff.

If I had to sum my experience at Carbinale Mazda of Mesa, AZ into one word I would choose phenomenal! Not only was the service phenomenally unique, it was exceptional. From the begging, first arriving at the lot, I felt comfortable. Although I did not encounter the sales representative I made an appointment with the person I first met did not try to take my business for himself. Instead, he lead me to the exact representative I wanted to meet. The friendly competition between the sales staff creates a unique, relaxed experience for the customer. Furthermore, the friendliness of the staff is unprecedented. There was no small talk, only sincere concern for your needs and straight forward conversations when the deal came to negotiating a price. In fact all material was voluntarily presented and I was able to approach the sales manager's desk; I knew for a fact I was not being taken advantage of. Furthermore, they were able to meet my unique requests, approve a greater trade in value than I expected for my previous vehicle, and approve a monthly payment most other dealers would scoff at. Lastly, the financial specialist made the paperwork easy to understand and was patient with my questions. So if you are in the market to buy a car, especially a Mazda, I highly recommend Carbinale Mazda.

I gave this rating because the dealership was very friendly and nice, they always did the very best to make me happy with my purchase which is great especially when your buying something so expensive. I would definitely use this dealership again because even if they don't have what you want they find and it they do their best to do everything so that it has little inconvenience with you. That kind of customer service is hard to find now a days.

I went in for an oil change and hearded home with a new vehicle.....Brian was convincing...I appreciatated the service and the employees at this Mazda dealership...I am the proud owner of a 2012 Mazda 5......

I HATE the process of buying a car. At least I did. Wayne and the others I encountered at CardinaleWay Mazda in Mesa, AZ did everything they could to comply to my particular buying needs, to ease the stress that goes with this kind of purchase, and to make the whole experience as painless as possible. I appreciated being treated as a person. Things were done in a timely way, and on schedule as promised. I'll recommend Wayne, and the team there to anyone.

Every one in the business is very friendly and makes you feel comfortable and aware they want your business. Very good salesmans, all of them. We were very well taken care of. Love the Mazda we bought. Already told my daughter to go look at them. Thanks Dizzy for your help on everything. And thanks you all for the wonderful dinner we had while waiting to make up our minds. Nick was really friendly and he didn't push me to get anything that I couldn't afford right away. He has Great customer service skills and know what he is talking about with car services.
