Great people!

Just an oil change and tire rotate. Everything was fine. I waited for the truck. It was nice to have wifi accessibility so I could keep working while I waited.

Great service team

I have had great experience and customer service at Bob Ruth Ford. One thing I am disappointed in is that there's no car wash or cleanup of the vehicle. Every other vehicle I've ever had serviced at other dealers always give a complimentary car wash. I think it'd be a nice touch. I know it'd be appreciated.

I requested an inspection, oil change, and tire rotation for my 2002 for my Ranger. It turned out that the supports for the bed were rusted. The estimated cost is over $5000. Since the Ranger is only worth around $2000, I will probably simply get rid of it. But I still had to pay for an oil change and tire rotation which I really didn?t need. I wish they would have expected it first and then did the oil change and tire rotation only after asking if I still wanted it given the condition of my truck. This is a small matter, in one sense, but I would think they would inspect first and, if there is a major problem, only proceed with additional work if the customer wants it.

Maybe a new vehicle but don't buy used

Short and sweet, 2006 Ford Escape limited. List of repairs needed when I bought it : rear windshield wiper. List of things I have had to repair within the first year : alternator, transmission rebuild. Now at my 18th month ABS, 4wd, battery lights all on. Paid 10k for it and put half of that in it for repairs and still have a few years to pay it off. Don't buy used here you will get a vehicle at another reputable dealer for the same price that you won't have to dump thousands into. My salesman was great I wish he didn't work there so I could use him again.
