I had done a lot of research on the vehicle's capabilities before arriving at Bob Ruth Ford. Kim Nash spent a lot of time going over vehicle specifics and was always there to answer calls on follow up questions. I still can't believe how fast she put a great deal together. Understanding my hectic schedule, Kim went out of her way to handle all the logistics for me. Thank you Kim. I'm still walking on air with this Raptor, but I assure you I'm keeping the truck on the ground. Monica Penny, lets just say I wish I was that organized. She made vehicle purchase documentation a very smooth process. Job well done.

This isn't my first vehicle I have bought from Bob Ruth. I worked with Dave Staats on both sales. I felt comfortable working with him. He went above and beyond to get me a vehicle. From the moment I arrived at the dealership I was greeted with smiles and hellos from everyone I came across. Kim Nash was the first Ford salesperson to return my calls to 4 different dealers. When I told her which vehicle (2014 white F-150 XLT) I was interested in she told me to come down and take a look at it. When I arrived at Bob Ruth's it was waiting for me right outside the showroom. (Well played, Kim). After a tutorial and test drive of the vehicle, I couldn't hide my enthusiasm. She had me. The next thing I knew a deal was struck and I was taken to finance where Monica Penny painlessly had me go through the paperwork. I've purchased many vehicles over the years and this was by far the most satisfying.

David Staats came through for me again! He helped me find my Milan in 2011 and now he came through and helped me find a car for my Mom! I was actually looking at a car in Shippensburg when I heard the ad for Bob Ruth Ford. So, I called David as soon as I got to work. Within less than a half hour he found 3 cars within my budget for us to look at. Needless to say my Mom fell for a completely different car, but David really helped us along the way. That afternoon, my Mom drove home in a car with heat and she no longer has to worry about making it to work or anywhere! I don't have to worry about her and she will have a smile on her face for many years to come. Thank you, David, for making my Mom feel like a queen!
