Spoke to Customer Service and Repair Depts. and both were very customer friendly. They gave me a lot of good information about the vehicle, which was basically a fixer upper, but it needed more than I could do by myself. I decided not to buy the vehicle, but would consider buying from this dealer, since they were so nice on the phone and did not act like my questions were any bother to them. Highly recommend this dealer.

Painless
After reviewing their website and seeing multiple used cars that might work for my college aged son, I stopped by the dealership. I was greeted by Kim Nash. She made my experience of buying a used care painless. She was knowledgeable about everything I wanted to know about the car I was interested in, was very quick with the paperwork, insurance and prepping the car for pick up. Monica Penny was a sharp cookie and made the finance experience quick and easy. I wished all of my previous car sales had been this pleasant. Well done and thank you.

Happy Customer
We had a great experience buying our new truck at Bob Ruth Ford. Our salesman, Joseph Goldman was attentive and professional. The only negative would be the wait we had for financing. There were two customers ahead of us & we had to wait over an hour. If I had it to do again I would go on a weekday instead of a weekend (lesson learned). Overall a very friendly and unstressed experience.

Awesome Experience!
By far the best car buying experience I've had yet. I bought a used car from Bob Ruth Ford and Devin Traverso was my Sales Person. He was the opposite of what you think of when you think of a used car salesmen. He was honest, transparent and had our best interest in mind. The whole dealership was great, but I'd have to say that Devin was the shining star! I'll be back for my next car!

Quick, painless, done....
I saw the truck that I wanted. My approval process was simple, and Kim was no pressure sales. I went for a test drive, and they even let me have the truck for the day/night. I would highly recommend this dealership as they do not play games, and will get you what you want. Thanks again.

This is my 2nd new car I purchased from Kim Nash at Bob Ruth Ford and I'm xxxx happy. I walked in on Saturday with a specific car model, options and price in mind. Unfortunately, it wasn't on the lot. But Kim located what I wanted at a dealer over 80 miles away. She had it delivered, prepped by the top-notch detailers, and in my possession by Tuesday. Now that's service. Thank you Kim.

The old bait and switch?
I purchased a 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan from this dealer. I will say the original purchase experience went very well. Our salesman Devan was really good. Fast forward to today....10/29....Took van in for my first "FREE" service. As soon as I walked in to the service department and spoke with my adviser I was immediately pressured to buy a better service than what I was already promised for free. My feeling is if what I was offered for free wasn't good enough, then why offer it in the first place? I told the service adviser that I wanted what I was promised and nothing more. At that time I also asked if he could take a look at one of the seats in the back that would not "stow and go" like it was supposed to. This never worked from day one. We just figured we would get it fixed when we took the van in for the first service. He said ok. we will take a look at it. After waiting nearly 3 hours he came to me in the lounge and said "it will cost $250.00 to fix the seat." I said I can't afford that right now and just please do the service. He then told me it was going to cost $90.00 just for them to look at the seat. You gotta be kidding me! $90 bucks to look at something that should have worked from the very beginning! Being extremely pissed I just wanted to pay the bill and get the hell out of there. I knew when I walked in there today and was immediately pressed to purchase extras that I didn't need I was not going to leaving there without paying something. And of course...that was the reality. They got me for $90.00 but lost a customer for life. Do yourself a favor and go to another dealer that will not rip you off.

Great Place to Buy a Car!
I have never bought a new car before, but this was the best experience I've ever had. David Staats was extremely personable, down-to-Earth, and clear. He was sure to explain everything clearly, and kept me up to date on how everything was going with my new car purchase. I would defiantly buy from Mr. Staats again!
