I had a great experience at Bob Ruth Ford in Dillsburg. I worked with Tyler Smith who was extremely knowledgeable and was able to get me into the new Ford F-150 I desired. I highly recommend using Tyler and Bob Ruth Ford for your future car purchases.

Service on my 2016 Fusion SE

Concern was over the replacement of lug nuts. There is a difference of opinion between the dealership service department and Ford Motor Company. Ford Motor Co says the lug nuts used on the Fusion are of good enough quality NOT to fail, and that if they do fail, it is because of Service Mechanics 'over' torque the lugs nut with power tools. But the Service Department folks say, this is not true, that they take care in NOT doing that. In fact, they feel the Lug Nuts are of poor quality so Ford Motor Co can save money. Either way, it is the Customer that suffers, altho in this case, the Dealer paid for the replacement Lug Nuts(this time). I appreciate this very much. My Fusion ONLY has 40k miles and has ALWAYS been serviced by this Ford Dealer each time. Lug Nuts Should 'survive' longer than 40k miles. SO Ford Motor Co and Dealerships need to TALK to each other about the quality of product or service, as there is a problem with one or the other. I do like Bob Ruth Ford, Sales and Service, and Ford Products, please don't chase me away to Chevy.

2014 Ford Focus

Worked with Luis. I was very hesitant coming into this after a while of looking. I didn't think We would have any luck. He helped us find the right car. Would buy a new car from him
