I had 2 cars I wanted to look at on Saturday, my first and last stop was Bob Ruth. from the second I walked in the door to the time we left everything was outstanding. the number one thing for me is always customer service, anyone can take your money when you're ready to spend it, having an edge makes the difference where we spend it., Our salesman was Jeff Turner, he was absolutely easy going and hassle free. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy and smooth everything was, from start to finish. We purchased a 2014 Nissan pathfinder and couldn't be happier. the car is a dream, they had to jump through hoops for this car, it was off site as a loaner. they let me know they would call and get it back that day if I was willing to come back in, which we were. Jeff handled everything from start to finish very smoothly. No sales pitch, no back and forth, just upfront and honest. I was pre-approved by my bank, they informed me they could probably beat the bank rate, I was skeptical, however I did the app, called them later, they beat the local bank by a long shot. this is exactly how buying a car should go, it shouldn't be a hassle or a battle of wills to spend your money. thanks for the great experience Jeff.
