Purchased my first Ford at Mullinax and the sales and management staff were very good to work with. They stayed on top of all incentives and rebates that I was entitled to and they were very easy to work with. The new guy, Will, went overboard to make us a satisfied customer. Thanks Mullinax team.

Mullinax Ford was awesome. My wife and I checked out several other Ford dealerships first and then we ended up at Mullinax around 8:30pm on a Monday night. I quickly noticed they had about 10x the number of F150s than any of the other local dealerships. Salesman Todd B. came out and greeted us. He told us where everything was and asked if we wanted him to show us around or just explore on our own. We told him we just wanted to explore on our own. He gave us his card and disappeared. We later called him by cell and he came out and let us test drive the F150 that caught my eye. He stayed late and showed me the entire vehicle. I told him I wasn't going to make a decision tonight and he just told us no problem and to call him anytime if we had any questions on any Ford vehicle. He walked away. That was it. No pressure. 24 hours later I went back to pull the trigger on the truck. Everything was laid out in front of me and I signed. Todd gave me the keys to my new truck and went over all the features after it came back from detail. It was the easiest and best car buying experience of my life. I would highly recommend Mullinax Ford.

Purchased my first new car from Cesar Molano and he made the buying process very easy by explaining everything that was happening and why. He also was willing to give his opinion upon which extended warranty to go with, as I did go with an extended warranty. He was willing to try and find any and all ways to save my some money with purchasing my new 2014 ford focus SE.

I recently purchased a certified pre-owned Edge, my second car I've bought from Mullinax (and also my family's 4th). They had a good selection of CPO vehicles, with low miles and lots of options. We shopped around before making the purchase and found Mullinax to offer the best value, the highest trade value for my old car, least amount of pressure to buy, and we saved $698 over another dealership in "dealer fees" alone. Shawn was very helpful in helping find the best finance rate without running our credit with too many lenders. They stayed after hours to ensure all my questions were answered, and that I was comfortable with the purchase. The no-haggle pricing was great- at other dealerships, sales people kept sweetening the pot as we walked out the door, and when they called the next day. Mullinax offered up front, easy pricing. It's been my past experience with their service department that all repairs have been made within the same day. Oil changes and regular service check ups are very reasonable in the Quick Lane. No complaints!

We found the truck we wanted, nut it was 4 hours away. My husband and I have a business to run and had very little time to get up to the dealership and look at truck and decide. So I called Ryan, explained what we wanted and he made it happen. It was very easy, over the phone deal finalized in 2 days. We drove up to the dealership and we were traded into our new truck and on our way back home in 30 minutes. Everything was as he said it would be and he gave us a great demo for our new nav system. We then recommended them and one of our employees went up the next week and traded his truck in for another truck as well. Everything went very smooth for him as well, we both couldn't be any happier with our Mullinax Ford experiences.

First off I have to say how amazingly awesome Brian and the staff are I'm in my early twenties and this is only my second buying brand new experience and the first one I had was an absolute nightmare but going to mullinax ford was great Brian got me into the exact car I wanted with absolutely no Hassel on my trade no Hassel on the car price and no hassle with the financing options it was an awesome experience that I will go back for for all of my future cars

Very helpful and informative when I purchased my Ford. My salesperson was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions and added much more information that was helpful.

Found the car I wanted and was out of there about an hour later. Price on the internet was the price I paid. Its nice to just pick out the car you want and buy it, no wasted time haggling over price. Sales guy was fast to process paperwork, it's nice not having to deal with the "finance guy" like at other dealers. Once person takes you through the whole process.
