This is the 3rd car I have purchased from Mullinax Ford. I appreciate the up front pricing. The entire staff from the receptionist to the sales team is very professional. When I arrived at Mullinax I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to walk the vehicles myself. Took my time, look at all the vehicles, found one that was going to be for my son to take to college. I was one the lot for over an hour, and was headed back to my vehicle, and Sean came out gave me a card, asked if I had any questions, Sean was no pressure, and answered all my questions. I was not a buyer that day, and Sean did not pressure me, or call me, or blow me with text messages. Two weeks later I came back with my son, showed him the 2014 Ford Mustang appearance package car, Aramis (Sean was off) handed the keys to my son and said drive it up to the front. We went in did the paperwork which took no time, no hassle price was clearly marked on the windshield, Aramis had the car gassed up and fully detailed, and presented the keys to the car directly to my son, I snapped a picture with them, and we headed out ! Since then, Sean has followed up with me, and reviewed the service schedule. I have said to Sean, and Aramis that Mullinax has earned our respect for the way they do business. Very good experience, friendly knowledgeable group of people. Most of all no one following you around, or trial closing you while your trying to walk the lot. No pressure, friendly, and the best part is the price is clearly marked on the windshield. I have purchased many vehicles in my time, and I always Dred going to the a dealership because of the high pressure, and the constant hounding. None of that happens at Mullinax ! The best part is my son's first experience in a dealership was great. Thank you Sean, Aramis for making this purchase and experience one that will never be forgotten !

Up front pricing, No dealer fees, and non-commissioned salespeople makes it easy to make a purchase. My salesman Mark Treager was very helpful and professional. No pressure sales is refreshing.
