My first car buying experience

My family has been buying from Mullinax since I was a young girl. My parents bought my previous two cars there and now I was ready to buy my very own car. I've never bought a car before but it was to the point and stress free. Frank Nowicki is a great salesperson. He was very friendly, answered all my questions and explained all the paperwork to me before I signed it. He was very knowledgeable and knew about every feature the car has. I love my new 2014 Ford Focus Titanium! I also really liked that after the sale was over that Frank still kept in touch, calling me to ask how things were going and if I liked my new car.The sales experience at Mullinax was an absolute pleasure and I will definitely be back if I ever need to purchase another vehicle.

New vehicle purchase

Replaced our 2003 E250 Cargo van with 318k miles with a 2014 E250 Cargo van. Original van was only serviced by Mullinax Ford Apopka and very satisfied with overall quality. Russ McDonald in commercial sales is as professional as they get!

Purchased a new 2013 F150 XLT

My husband and I went to Mullinax three weeks ago to look at and test drive an F150, but uncertain if we actually would buy something right away. Upon our arrival, we were met by Frank Nowicki. My husband explained to him what we were looking for (4x4, towing package, super crew cab). Frank spent the afternoon helping us find what we wanted. Originally we wanted to buy a used truck, but finally settled on a new 2013 F150 XLT. Frank worked hard to get us every rebate we qualified for and to secure financing that met our budget requirements. I did have to return to the dealership to have the bed liner installed. Again, Frank met me as soon as I arrived. He made sure I was in and out of the service department in less than an hour. He has also followed up with us twice to make sure everything is ok. My husband and I are very happy with our purchase. This is the first Ford Truck we have owned. We chose the F150 based on all the positive consumer reviews it has received. We love the comfort of the cab as well as all the space. We have already used the towing feature. A week after we made our purchase, we drove 1400 miles to pick up a classic car and towed it back to Florida. We were very pleased with the performance of the truck towing about 6500 lbs (car on trailer and car parts in the bed of the truck), especially going up and down a lot of hills. We are glad we went to Mullinax and would definitely go back again.

First class sales staff

I bought a 2014 Mustang from Allan and Sean at Mullinax. What nice guys they are. And they know their product. Contacted them online and they found the Mustang I wanted. They brought it to their dealership from another dealer, detailed it for me and we were ready to go. The wife and I enjoyed talking to them and the only time we had contact with the sales manager Shawn was when he just stopped by to introduce himself and say hello. NICE PEOPLE. Ford Focus ST

My family and I have bought 15 vehicles from Mullinax Ford of Apopka in the last 10 years and each time we were there, whether it was to buy another car, get a car serviced or simply stop in to say hello to the Mullinax family, we were treated like a part of the family! Every one of the men and women that work there are very kind and every salesman I've dealt with are absolutely awesome! We have referred many of our friends and extended family members to Mullinax Ford of Apopka! 2014 ford escape

wow was dennis at mullinax the best!!! i bought the car 3 weeks ago and still had trouble with how to use all the sync system. my other vehicle is a 2002 truck and doesn't have the sync system so i was lost with all the technology. i went back to see dennis and he patiently explained all the bells and whistle on the dashboard. he even re explained the lights, wipers and how to program the radio!!!! i don't have a teenager at home and i needed one on one care, and before you ask yes i did read the owners manual cover to cover and i still was lost. i am nnot a tech junkie so i needed a demonstration. thanks dennis you were great!!!!

2013 Fiesta

I bought a 2013 Fiesta from Mullinax Ford. I Chose them because of no hassle or dealer fee. They where accommodating to my needs. There was some of the typical car dealer hassle but for the most part is was a good experience and as I still look around at new cars I feel I got a good deal.
