Mullinax Ford of Central Florida

I purchased a 2013 Mustang GT from Ryan and Mullinax in Apopka. After looking online and at other dealerships, I found the cars at Mullinax priced lower than many of their competitors in the Central Florida area. Working with Ryan was the best car buying experience I have had, and I never thought I would buy a new car. Ryan walked me through all the options I had available, and was never used 'aggressive' sales tactics I had seen from other dealership representatives in the area. He was great at assisting me with extra discounts and incentives for my purchase. I would strongly recommend Mullinax to anyone who is looking for a new or used car.

The sales person I talked to helped me more than he will ever know. I thought I new what I wanted. But because of all thee options that Ford has on there F150's it completely Blew me away. If it wasn't for Alan Bowers at Mullinax I would still be scratching my head. We worked it out for my needs ,Tow package is a must. But having that backup Camera that is the best thing for hooking to a trailer. It saves so much time and aggravation when your by yourself. Now I have to admit I got more than I wanted, But I did learn a valuable Lesson Leave the wife at HOME ha ha . It's been about one month And I couldn't be more happy. The sync system is the simple mans Computer a little intimidating. Till you start playing with don't worry if I didn't break it I'm sure you will not have any problems. Nelson Santana is an excellent salesman. He listened to what I wanted and found it in minutes. Nelson never rushed the process, and there was absolutely no pressure. The fact that I dealt with ONE person from start to finish was my favorite part. I'm calling Nelson when I'm ready for my next vehicle.

I haven't always had a good experience in the Ford service department, so it was a breath of fresh air to get such good service. My car was running beautifully after I left the dealership. I had a great experience purchasing my New 2013 Edge at Mullinax Ford in Apopka Florida. When I walked in to the showroom, there was Nelson very courteous asking me if I have gotten help. My sales person Nelson was really informed about the car, showed me the cool Microsoft Sync program and let me know all the great things this vehichle has to offer. Let me test drive on a toll road so that I could get the feel of the car at high speeds. Nelson was not one of those pushy sales people. I just love my new car! I like the way I was treated at Mullinax by their sales staff, one person even offered me a bottle of water, others said hello.
