Good Experience

Todd Bullington was very helpful and attentive and the sales manager was right there to help, The transaction went smoothly, Couple of paperwork glitches that required two extra trips but nothing but a bit of aggravation due to titling in my business, This is my second purchase from mullinax so they must be doing something right for me to buy from them again.

Selection

I just bought a 2013 F-150 XLT. I shopped around pretty thoroughly, not only other dealers, but other brands as well. Mullinax had by far the best selection, and my salesman, Frankie Juliano was very thorough in making sure I got ALL the rebates and bonuses I was entitled to.

Friendly Service

I recently purchased an F-150XLT Crewcab from Mullinax in Apopka. I appreciated the up front pricing and the vast selection available. I am from Ocala, but I have heard great things about Mullinax so decided to make the trip to Apopka and I am glad I did. Another positive buying experience with Mullinax

This was my second visit to Mullinax in Apopka to buy a new car and I'm happy with the service I've received both times. This experience began with Randy helping me online and over the phone to identify the exact vehicle in their inventory that matched my needs and wants. On the day I was able to visit the dealership for a test drive I simply provided a stock number for the vehicle I was interested in, saving a lot of time. Alan assisted me with the test drive and ultimate purchase of the vehicle. He answered all the questions I had and took the time to show me whatever features I wanted to look at more closely until I felt good about proceeding with my trade-in eval, credit check, etc. Throughout the entire experience I felt no pressure about the purchase and was given time to evaluate everything before making my final decision. I feel I received a very fair trade-in value and I did not feel the need to haggle on the sale price of the new car. Also during the final paperwork when I needed to make a decision on optional coverage like extended warranty, maintenance plan, etc., Alan was very upfront with the cost and benefits of each and I felt no pressure about which options to accept or decline.

Simplified Car shopping

I went to Mullinax on A Sunday to replace a vehicle that was 13 years old. I had researched on the web and saw one that interested me. I went with information in hand for the vehicle at Mullinax and at another dealer. We looked at a few other vehicles we saw but stayed with the one we originally came to buy. There was no drama about let me talk to my manager. We filled out the application and were able to leave with the vehicle. I recently returned for a minor issue with the fan blower. My husband had called for an appointment. I arrived a little early and soon had left my vehicle to be checked out. The warranty was 50/50. I left while they were diagnosing the problem. I received a call about 2 hours later and they had replaced a part. I came back to pick up the vehicle and was completely surprised to be told there was no charge.

Good Buy

I purchased a 2013 Ford F-150 XLT. I love the truck! It has a ton of accessories, and I added a few at time of purchase. The salesman was helpful. There were a ton of rebates, which made the truck really affordable. The salesman was helpful, no pushy tactics. My neighbor, two of my friends, and a few people I see driving around my neighborhood have all purchased from Mullinax. You can tell by the yellow sticker. That's what made me decide to go there. I would definitely recommend Mullinax to anyone.
