2013 Ford Edge - everything we wanted

We were looking for a new vehicle, I had rented a Ford Edge and drove it for the weekend including a quick trip to Atlanta - Both my wife and I enjoyed the vehicle and found the features, size and amenities we were looking for. We decided to move forward and I contacted Mullinax via the internet after searching their inventory. I was looking for a vehicle with specific configuration. After searching around for weeks Randy suggested that we place an order. After a brief meeting at the dealership the order was placed. Vehicle arrived about 5 weeks later configured exactly as we wanted. After signing the paperwork we took delivery. Randy setup and explained all the new features. The vehicle has functioned flawlessly and not a single complaint, we are very PLEASED. I had reviewed Ford and their quality and was impressed with the news, now I am experiencing it first hand. I have always purchased American made products when available and I am very pleased with our choice. Thank You Mullinax and FORD!

Mullinax Ford - Purchasing a vehicle the easy way.

Mullinax Ford is the easy button of car buying. Purchased my 2014 Ford F350 dually and the sales person made sure that I got the best deal with the most discounts and rebates. The vehicle was clean and full of gas. My whole family purchases from Mullinax. No Hassle and prices that are lower than a days worth of bickering at any other dealership.

Sold Me Car With Frame Damage

On 8/30/12 I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Mullinax Ford located at 1551 E Semoran Blvd, Apopka FL 32703. At the time of purchase the dealer gave me an Auto Check report that showed the car had no prior Accidents/Frame Damage. To my surprise a year later I discovered that on 6/1/12 the car was reported to have Frame-Unibody damage and Mullinax Ford gave me an Auto Check report that was printed on 3/21/12 which was 5 months earlier than my purchase date. Looking at the facts, I believe that Mullinax Ford deliberately didn?t disclose that the vehicle had sustain frame damage by providing me with an Auto Check report that was printed 5 months prior to the date of purchase. I use this vehicle to transport my disabled wife and two small children. I find it hard to grasp that a company would put their customers at such great risk by not disclosing vehicles with Frame Issues. The frame damage was reported to Mullinax Ford at the Auction by Manheim when they purchased the vehicle. I visited the dealership on 11/23/13 to file a complaint about the vehicle and the sales manager?s resolution was for me to trade the car in with them at a $10,000 dollar loss that I would be responsible for. The second resolution offered was for me to trade in the vehicle to another dealer and they would buy it back from that dealer. Unsatisfied with that solution I contacted the secretary of Mr. Mullinax (dealership owner) and explained the situation but she never contacted me back with a resolution, despite promising one.

Great experience!

Bought a new Ford Mustang. Ryan was wonderful to deal with. Mullinax Ford is very laid back, no salespeople following u around...would definitely purchase there again

Easy Purchase, Great Selection

We were able to do a lot of comparison shopping, feature research and used car vs new car research using their easy to use and detailed web site. We originally were going to purchase a used Explorer, but eventually decided to purchase a new 2014 Explorer. We truly appreciated the no negotiation and no dealer fees business approach. The entire process was comfortable and we only had to work with and interface with one person. We definitely recommend Mullinax.

MULLINEX IS THE WORST!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been dealing with Mullinex Ford in Apopka for 15 years. This last purchase, will be my last ever. I purchased a 2012 Focus with the "NEWLY DESIGNED" transmission. The salesman did not disclose the fact this car was a first year car with a new design on the transmission, as a matter of fact they didn't tell me about this new transmission at all. It has the worst rattle when changing gears it sounds as if it is going to fall out. I took it back to Mullinex and they refused to help me, stating it was a design flaw and was "NORMAL". There is nothing normal about this. Even, tried to trade it back in and the salesman told me it needed service. I stopped doing my service there with the exception of my oil changes as I purchased the maintenance agreement when I bought my car. I took my car there today they told me I needed "Lug Nut Service" - What is "Lug Nut Service"?? They had stripped two of my lug nuts and left them on my car. Had I had a flat there would have been no way I could have changed my tire myself. I had to make another trip down there, wasting my time and gas to have two lug nuts replaced when they should have replaced them when they stripped them. I am DONE!!! If you are smart, you will stay away from this dealership, nothing but aggravation and I am really upset as I have dealt with them for so long to be treated so bad.

At first I had a horriable experiance, I was shopping for a truck to be specific the f-150 fx model, I met with a sales assoicate and picked out a veical but the price was a little high and basically the sales assoicate just stated oh well take it or leave it, his full statement and did not try to find me something else nor even try work with me and said have a nice day the end!!!! But about a week later had someone else from the dealership called me, I gave my story and told him what had happen and I would not be coming back and if they wanted my biz. he would have to find me what I wanted and in the price I wanted. He called me and found me the vehicle I wanted and the price at another dealer and had shipped to them and did everything on e-mail when it came in went down and did the sale in 1.5 hours and was out the door. The first guy left me feeling so bad it is hard to give them high ratings but the second guy did a good job.

Sandie Barton was such a great person to work with! I had a bad experience with buying a car awhile ago and did not want to go back after I purchased the car. Truck buying experience

I purchased a new 2013 F-150, Mullinax ford has one of the larger selections of trucks. Their prices are very competitive among other dealers. I would buy another truck from them.
