Always Great Service

I have nothing but good things to say about Mullinax Ford. I have purchased more then eight automobiles from them since they took over Gaylon Ford and have never had a bad experience. Great experience and car!

Dennis was able to answer all of my questions and was very patient throughout the entire process. He followed up with me twice to make sure I was completely satisfied. I purchased a 2014 Ford Escape and love it!

Buying a car

Came to Florida to visit my son and his family. My son knew we were looking to buy a newer car and I wanted to give them our car. We live in Massachusetts, so I wanted to drive to Florida with our older car, leave it for him and his family, and drive back with a newer one. I went on cars.com to find a dealer in the Clermont area and I wanted to buy a hybrid..my husband and son went to Clermont Ford but all they had was one. Then I found the listing for Mullinax and went on their website and they had plenty. After test driving the Ford Fusion SE 2013, we loved it and bought it. Mullinax was AWSOME to deal with, both Randy and Todd. They took care of everything and we drove back to Massachusetts in style. Left a few business cards with friends who were very impressed with the dealer and the prices. Thank you

Mullinax Ford

We purchased a 2013 Ford Edge limited on December 13. We appreciated the no haggle and were very pleased with the two young men we dealt with, Eric & Jamison. Although I believe Jamison received credit for the sale, Eric actually sold us the vehicle. Eric went above and beyond the call of duty to find us the Edge that had everything we were looking for. We were made to feel like we were dealing with friends and not just someone wanting to sell us a car. When there was an issue with the bumper that did not make me happy Eric went to bat for us to get it taken care of. We were thrilled that Mullinax agreed to fix the problem. Jamison contacted us to see if we had any questions and Eric contacted us several times to check. The only reason I gave them 4 stars overall is because I was very disappointed to learn that Eric was no longer employed there.

Great buying experience! Cool truck!

I was doing research on a new Ford F-150 and a friend recommended that I check out Mullinax Ford. I looked at their website and I liked what I saw. I made a request for more information and was contacted by Kathleen Lisa. We had a brief conversation about the F-150 and I decided to take the 70 mile ride from Ocala to Apopka. On arriving I contacted Kathleen and told her that I wanted to browse their vast inventory of F-150s. I liked being able to browse, at my leisure, and to consider all of the options for a new truck, without being stalked. I was able to make a clear decision about what was important to me and what I really wanted. Kathleen was great. She is a truck person, she owns an F-150 and she knows all about them. She is also a Veteran as well. I told her that I wanted a 2014 f-150 STX 5.0L (3.31) with the new Sport package in Sunset metallic. Kathleen got me the truck! This truck is sharp with its 20" wheels and black interior and grill and running boards. This truck also gets great gas mileage. (the lowest has been 18.4 mpg around Ocala.) Enough about my truck, My buying experience was great. The upfront pricing and the no dealer fees are worth the trip. I won't buy from a dealer that adds those extra stickers to the factory window stickers raising the price thousands of dollars. I don't need or want paint protection (fake) interior protection (fake) and tape pin striping that burns up in the Florida sun. I want a fair deal! At Mullinax, I got a fair deal! If you are looking for a good deal on an F series truck, or any Ford, I suggest that you call Kathleen Lisa at Mullinax, Apopka. You won't be disappointed. I will shop Mullinax, Apopka for my next Ford, It's worth the trip!

Update To Review On Frame Damage

On 12/19, I was invited to the dealership by the VP of Mullinax Ford, Steve Francis to discuss a vehicle I purchase with reported frame damage. Dealing with Steve was awesome, Steve took the time to explain exactly what transpired with the vehicle I purchased, and he listened intently as I explained my story. Mullinax Ford of Apopka purchased the vehicle back from me despite the fact I drove the vehicle for 14 months. I left the dealership with a feeling that these guys are not just selling cars but they actually care about their customers. Thanks Mullinax Ford and Steve Francis for displaying true customer service.

Why can't all car dealers be like this?

The last thing on earth I want to do is do "a deal" with a misinformed sales person who needs to keep going back to his "manager" to give a "deal" of a life time. Mullinax is upfront, my sales consultant Randy was helpful and very well informed on the products he was offering. No hassles, just getting down to business and treating you like you were a normal human being. Jerry Mullinax appears to meet with every customer and has a very hands on approach to his business. I will recommend them to any one who asks.
