Great experience very fair trade

I recently traded in three vehicles and purchases 2 new F150's. When I waled in I fully expected to go upside down on the trade but was pleasantly surprised at the value mullinax offered me. Add that to the deal I received on the new trucks and I walked out way ahead. From sales to finance to service mullinax has handled my needs well every step of the way.

Don't Expect delivery

Bought a 2014 XLT Explorer October 2, 2013 with a 6 week delivery promise by Randy, confirmed by the owner, was told the week before delivery that it would be another 5 weeks, Week of December 9, 2013 . Gee, what did they do with my $5,000.00 deposit for a 6 week delivery that is now a 10 week delivery? Really concerned they have a cash flow problem. Haven't bought American cars for years, now I remember why....................

A+ Service from Russ McDonald!!!

My mother and father wanted to purchase a new car for me because my car at the time was extremely unreliable. The biggest factor is purchasing was that I live in Florida and they are 1,100 miles away in Ohio. They were recommended to the Mullinax Ford Apopka location through the dealership in Cleveland. Russ McDonald was the sales agent who assisted them throughout the buying process. He made the process and transaction as smooth as silk!!! He is extremely knowledgable, friendly and VERY helpful! He even tracked down the candy blue color that I really wanted! Because of my work schedule, it made picking up the car in Apopka a bit of a problem. To ensure that I got the car as soon as possible, Russ had delivered the car to me personally! He was so kind and genuinely cared to inform me of all the services that were available to me if I need them. The car was absolutely perfect, and VERY clean inside and out! I was very impressed with how sharp the color of the car was in person and how great it felt to drive! I would recommend this particular Mullinax to anyone who is looking to purchase a new or used Ford. And RUSS is YOUR go to guy!!!!!! My experience was certainly an A+ one!!!!!!!

Great Sales experience

This was the 2nd new car I have purchased at Mullinax and Cesar Molano was the sales person who helped me both times. He made it a very pleasurable experience and i will purchase my next car at Mullinax.

Great experience and great people

This was my first time at a Mullinax Dealership and I was very unsure about the "up front" pricing but after reading some of the other reviews we thought we would give them a try. When we pulled up we got out and walked over to the used truck section. After a minute or two a young man came out and said hello and asked us if we had been here before. When we said no he explained the whole background of the company and the way they have and still are doing business. This helped with our uncertainty of the one price slogan. Eric was very polite and knowledgable about all the inventory, even the other brands which was impressive. He explained how they are marked by inspection and warranty available. We test drove 3 trucks and he was very patient. I liked 2 of the 3 but we were unsure about which one we liked better. Eric did not force is to pick but rather gave us carfax on them both and said we could sleep on it. Very different than other places! He called the next day and my wife answered and told him we were actually just about to call him. The process went smoothly and we are very happy with our truck! Thanks Mullinax and Eric!

Great experience!

I recently purchased a new 2013 Fusion from Mullinax in Apopka. After days of dreading the car buying process, I took several friends advise and went to Mullinax. After a quick test drive and speaking with my salesman for a few minutes, I decided to go home and think about the purchase. The next day, after deciding to proceed, they had me go online from home and fill out a very quick credit application. They were then able to get all the paperwork in order and within an hour they called back to advise they were getting the car prepped for me and I could come down immediately to pick it up. The entire process only took about an hour and I was driving away a very happy customer. The staff was helpful and extremely polite. Not rude and pushy. I will make all future purchases at this dealership and I will definitely recommend Mullinax to anyone who's in the market. By far this was the best car buying experience I've ever had!

The car we wanted was not on the lot and had to be found. It was found rapidly. In fact, it was in before we were told it would be. The actual sales experience was less than two hours. Everyone we met at Mullinax was friendly and professional. We have dealt with Mullinax numerous times in the past (nine vehicles in our immediate family), as well as service and maintenance. We have never been disappointed and will return for our next car.

Great experience!

I recently purchased a 2013 Fusion from Mullinax in Apopka. Absolutely dreading going car shopping, I decided to try Mullinax after numerous suggestions from friends. This was, by far, the best car buying experience I've ever had. They were not pushy or rude, instead helpful and polite. After my test drive and speaking with them for a few minutes, I decided to go home and think about the purchase. The next morning, I decided to proceed and I was able to complete a very short online submission for credit from home. Within an hour, they called to tell me they were prepping the car and I could come back at any time to sign the paperwork. Once I arrived back at the dealership, within an hour I was driving away a very happy customer. This was the fastest, most hassle and haggle free experience. I will buy all future vehicles from Mullinax as well as refer them to anyone I know that's in the market.

Great Buying Experience
