Our salesperson, Brian Serrage was diligent, courteous and great to work with. We were on the hunt for a used Ford F-150 for several months and quickly pursued our vehicle as it was newly listed. The price of truck was fair, certified pre-owned and in great condition. I was apprehensive about gimmicks with "no dealer fee" but the price was truly the price and no curves thrown in financing. If you are thinking about purchasing a new or used vehicle give them a shot.

Used GMC Savana

I went to look at a used GMC Savana. I noticed a couple of things leaking, power steering and ac, I said I was interested as long as these were fixed, I was assured that these would be fixed. Went back with my husband and said we wanted it. They took the van away to their service center, two hours later it came back, I noticed the ac was still leaking, they took it away again, then the ac was not working!! They took it away again, came back saying it was fixed. Drove the van home, 90 minute drive, checked everything and the power steering fluid was empty and the ac was leaking!! Called and made arrangements to bring the van back to get these fixed, they had the van for a few days and said the power steering was a high pressure hose problem and they fixed it, the ac was a foam seal, that they said they would not fix as it would cost too much!! Four times they told me it was fixed!! If you buy any vehicle from this dealer, make sure everything is fixed before you sign any paperwork and drive away, do not trust that they will fix it afterwards.

Hello, We understand your frustration with the recent repairs needed to your vehicle. The GMC that you purchased from us was under our Bronze warranty which is characteristically given to older vehicles that have high mileage and are sold AS-IS with a 5-day return policy. This allows customers to drive the vehicle and get it checked by their own mechanic before being committed to the vehicle. Since your purchase, we did agree to perform the repairs you mentioned at no additional cost; the AC leak not being one of them. This decision was made after thorough analysis of the issue and what it would take to repair. The AC leak is condensation causing no danger to the vehicle or it’s inhabitants. We ask that you understand that these decisions are made based on the age and condition of the vehicle and the note that it was sold as-is. By far, the best experience I’ve ever encountered with dealer. From the beginning, they were very upfront regarding pricing of their pre-owned inventory. There were no hidden fees, and were very transparent during the process to alleviate any of my concerns regarding this. Additionally, they minimized the pulls on my credit, to get me the lowest APR financing option. They were also very helpful in assisting me with navigating the transfer in my tag, as there was an unforeseen hold on my registration. Overall, an amazing sales staff who does everything to the customers advantage. Others dealerships should take note of Mullinax Ford.
