The "no haggling" and "no dealer fees" actually seems to be what you can expect at Mullinax, which keeps the process pretty simple. Easier for you, easier for their sales people. Focus can then be on what you really want, and them using their energy on showing and explaining the vehicle to you (F-150 in my case) and making sure its right for you, rather than focusing on "the deal". I searched the internet, called around, and I knew what I wanted. I went into Mullinax with what I wanted, hoping for a good experience but cautious as I am. From when I went in, meeting Yordan (my sales person), seeing what I wanted plus a few other options, to when I was signing the paperwork, it was just a low pressure, great experience. When I asked, Yordan, "What do you think about this?" I got what I thought was an honest opinion about a truck rather than a biased opinion about a sale. I left feeling satisfied and and now my family and I have a great truck, and an experience that was right for us, thanks to Yordan and Mullinax.

One of the few dealerships I’ve ever dealt with that respects your time and does NOT pressure you. We wrapped up the entire transaction in an hour and were on our way. Brianna was our salesperson (for the second time) and was fantastic.
