I appreciate the courtesy and professionalism of your staff. And the car wash is an added bonus!! We purchased this vehicle 2 years ago, and are very pleased with all of the interaction, sales staff as well as the service department.

I can't think of any way that my buying experence could've been made better. I was given a tour of the building, even the service dept, and met many people that I may deal with in the future. Joe took the time to show me the bells and whistles on the car, and gave me his card to call if I had any more questions. He was very professional and courtious.

There was a little miscommunication between my service rep and the body shop over the timing of having a rear backup sensor painted to match my Suburban's color. this caused a 1 day delay in the return of my vehicle.
