Great Service From A Great Dealer

This was our 40,000 mile service on our 2014 Volt. I was greeted as I pulled into the nicely-designed, covered service entrance, and quickly processed into the system. Everyone that I dealt with at Bob Steele has always been friendly and professional! I enjoyed the comfortable waiting area with its giant TV and free snacks and drinks, but I didn't have to wait long. In just over a half hour, my car was ready, and I was on my way! We bought our beautiful Volt for Christmas in 2013, and it has proven to be "the gift that keeps on giving!" We love Bob Steele, and we love our Volt!

Great experience in the purchase of a new vehicle

Came in late Friday, just before closing. I was not rushed at all. Allowed to test drive the vehicle I was interested in. Took it home to make sure it fit in the garage brought it back the next morning and worked out the financing. A great experience.

Excellent service (except for phone)

My experience was excellent. Ron was very helpful. I finally had the phone working. However, the phone only worked for 1 week. I really saw this as a safety feature when buying my car and it really influenced my purchase. Not so happy with this situation.

Exceptional Service

Ron, from the Service Dept, met me outside my vehicle for my appt time and took care of everything quickly. I was on a tight schedule due to work and the Service team got my vehicle done in little time. My experience at this dealership is always exceptional! Will always recommend! Like the pancake machine too :-) Thanks!

Excellent service, comfortable waiting area

excellent serivice

I had used Bob Steele and my husband wanted to go to a mechanic closer to our home. We have had to take it back numerous times, paid a great deal and still was not fixed properly. I had it and brought it back to Bob Steele I was fixed in an hour. Ron Thompson is awesome.

Excellent, friendly service and great facilities

As we have had 4 previous excellent experiences at Bob Steele Chevrolet, our recent experience was no different. The Staff was friendly and great. After the test drive, Bob Doran was polite, knowledgeable and very helpful. We are very satisfied with our new Impala. Thank you Bob Steele Chevrolet.
