Ron did a great job in keeping me informed of the process and progress of the work being done on my truck. This being the second time the truck was there for the same problem, Ron got me a courtesy vehicle and was through about follow up

The dealership personnel, and the service department personnel are terrific. They installed fog lights on my 2015 Equinox. The body shop however could do better on small jobs. I have had to have paint issues fixed on my vehicle twice. The most recent repair will have to be fixed again. When you see the car in the sunlight, you can see the swirls from what appears to be the sander, a mark in the paint like a fingerprint or cloth mark. It clearly was not painted entirely where the repair was being done and has to go back again to be fixed. The body shop customer service folks are terrific though. Very friendly, take care of you immediately and make sure you taken care of.

Ron Thompson got to me right away, as busy as he was he kept me in the loop as far as where we were with my oil change and headlight replacement. At the end Ron was swamped with an overflow of vehicles ready for clients to sign paperwork and get going, Ron handled me and the other coustomers professionaly and got everybody along with their day!!! Great experience overall as far as sitting in a waiting room goes, lol.. thanks for all the help Ron.

Carlos is my mechanic at Bob Steele we use to take our corvettes to Mike Erdman Cadillac but Bob Steele hired Carlos so we came back to Bob Steele We have bought 8 new Corvettes before 2013 and since we bought 2014 7 Spd 3LT Black Coupe from Bob Steele we bought 2014 6 Spd auto 2LT Night Race Blue Covertible from Rosner and We bought a 2015 8 Spd auto 2LT Velosity Yellow Coupe w/acc Data Recorder and 8 speed paddle shifter from Rosner. We collected 3 Spring Mountain Driving School can I schedule next summer class? Were can I get the Official GM models of all 3 of our cars Rick Hendricks first C7 GM gave him one I'm just a regular guy and I never received an offer to get my model cars? What's up Bowling Green, Ky or Detroit, MI, my next Vette should be a Z06 like red coupe red interior and red calipers Z07 package 7 manual or 8 Spd paddle? I have issues shifting 8 Spd but Coolest 7 Spd dual clutch auto like factory corvette race car!
