I had an appointment at 11:30 and I didn't get out of there until after 1. I was there for an oil change. I don't think an hour and a half is a sufficient amount of time for an oil change. I did like that Chris, who sold us the car came over and shook my hand and asked how I was doing.

Body Shop Operations
Casey in Body Shop kept me advised in the progress of repairs to my Cadillac SRX even though it was going to be a rapidly done job. The lack of rapid parts delivery and the discovery of more things to repair elongated the process, but he let me know so that I could make whatever plans that caused. Finished job was outstanding! Thank all involved, please.

The Best
Past experience with dealerships have been horrible. Everyone here was super happy and incredibly nice. Never thought I'd be able to get what I wanted but everything turned out perfect and I left with what I went in to purchase. This experience was so relaxing I wanted to apply for a position even tho I've never sold vehicle. Unsure how it could've been better.

Chris was great.I came to look at a certain camaro but after driving it I found out that it was not the car for me. Instead of giving up Chris showed me other options and I ended up finding My car the perfect camaro for me. Everything went smoothly and I couldn't be happier.

I shopped at Auto Nation in Palm Beach Cty, and Bob Steele is the finest dealership. John Doran, the sales person, is the best. No nonsense and to the point. The dealership store is modern and clean. A clean dealership makes me want to come in with pride.
