Ingrid was a pleasure to work with. Her follow up was A+. She inspected my car and gave me recommendations for my car and didn’t pressure me when I was to turned it down. The Toyota costs for the replacement parts really need to be reasonable, which they are not.

I was at the dealership few days ago. I did not know they have a restaurant and a gym where you can spent some time while your vehicle is serviced. Sandra was great, she was very knowledgeable and explained the complete process to have us in and out in no time. Thank you son much for the excellent service. My visit was to have new tires installed. It takes a minimum of two hours waiting time but the service was great. The service representative was very nice and kept me updated. The facility is very nice and clean. I would recommend this dealership.
