I didn't feel the pressure to buy like other dealerships normally incorporate to their process. My dealer AJ was informative, forthright and professional. I wasn't pressured into extra warranties like other dealerships are know to do. They offer warranties but my fiancier Tommy simply said "I'll explain the warranty and you just say if you want it or not." And it truly was as simple as that. This is the only dealership I can say that I recommend. For reference I've been to 12 across the state. Purchased from 4, and this is still the only one I recommend.

Ingrid was a pleasure to work with. Her follow up was A+. She inspected my car and gave me recommendations for my car and didn’t pressure me when I was to turned it down. The Toyota costs for the replacement parts really need to be reasonable, which they are not.

Our car has had an ongoing issue. Today ,hopefully, solved the problem. It has been a struggle to find the source of the cars issue.
