Great service

Took vehicle for routine service was greet and walk over to my service guy Bernie who took great care of me . I would Bernie and Napleton Acura to all my friends . Great service .

Acura air bag recall experience

Napleton's team did a good job coordinating all the aspects of this challenging recall process. Pricing for the simple repair of my hood support shocks was too high, so I installed them myself.

Accommodating me while I wait for the recall airbag. I was given a car comparable to my Acura and didn't have to down grade.

Great Service

It was kind of an inconvenience to take my MDX there 3 times for what I thought was the same problem. It turned out to be tow seperate issues but even still the service manager, Dave, was amazing and understanding. Overall I had a great experience and they made me feel like a valued customer.

Fast, friendly service

I had a minor issue with my new MDX, mostly because I didn't read the manual. Service department quickly identified the issue, and didn't make me feel like a complete fool!
