Regular service and tire rotation

Although the dealership is undergoing a complete renovation, I was not made uncomfortable in any way. The staff bent over backwards to see that everything went smoothly. Special kudos go to my Service Advisor, Niko Vitureira, who as always supervised every aspect of my stay. I always go to him when I bring my car in for service, because he goes out of his way to be helpful and courteous. I know that whatever is needed will be taken care of in a timely manner.

MDX 2006

I have been at Napleton Palm Beach Acura since 2003 and have had Richie Sirjoosingh as my service advisor the entire time. Richie has always been amazing, I feel like he always is looking out for all of my Acura needs. My daughter is driving my 2006 MDX and Richie always goes the extra yard to make sure I know that the car is checked over every time we bring it in and that it is safe! He is a valuable part of my automobile team, and I feel he treats us like family.

Great service from Bernie Santana like always. Love the coffee and food they had sandwiches really helps when your stuck there. Fast service too.

Excellent and timely sevices.

To be honest for the first time in more than 3 years I did't wait to be attended. I made an appointment for service at 10:15 am, I arrived at 10:12 am and in lest that a minute they take care of me. Margy did a great work.
