Horrible since day one of purchase.

Please do yourselves a favor and go to another Acura dealership! This was the wort buying experience of my life from the lack of professionalism of the sales department, to the lies told to us by the GM, to the horrible service center. STAY FAR AWAY!!!!

First service

Bernie Santana was my service advisor. Like always always nice and helpful. Service was first and went smooth. Nice touch on the coffee. And its nice to see they are upgrading tge dealership with new construction.

The service was outstanding. Bernie was excellent in meeting mytequirements Did all that I requested and pointed out other items Only issue was getting this survey done.

Awesome Car Buying Experience at Napleton's Acura!

Guy along with MJ were very helpful answering our many questions about buying a new Acura RDX. We carefully compared the options and soon realized it was best to purchase the Advance model. Ask for these gentlemen you won't be disappointed!

Best Experience EVER!

Seriously, I can't get over how awesome everyone at Napletons was. I just finished a lease with Honda and I wanted something a little different. I called around several dealerships and everyone was quoting me crazy numbers. Napletons was never like that. They care about you and they honestly try to give you the best price. I worked with MJ and I have to say, if you are looking for a great deal, you must talk to him. This guy can make things happen like you wouldn't believe. He is so amazing, fantastic, wonderful!!!!!!!!. He has been in the industry for quite some time so he is extremely knowledgeable and won't waste your time. I drove down from Miami just because of him and I am so glad I did. The moment you get there, they treat you like royalty. I was very impressed. Honestly, if anyone is in the market for a new car (lease or purchase) come here. Don't waste your time with other dealerships.

Bernie is always there to take care of my service needs, he takes customer service to a whole different level. I always try to interact with Roger during my service visit as he was key to my final decision in purchasing my TLX. Great team overall!

Early for appointment

I was ONLY 3 hours early for my appointment and they still treated me royally! How lovely. And my car was ready as if that was my appointment time.
