Drove 90 min., had confirmed appt. assured car would be held, arrived on time, they sold car 1 hr. before arrival. Unethical. NEVER do business w them.

On Saturday I made an appt. for 2 pm the next day with Brittainy. I asked if the car woild be held until that time. Oh yes, she said, if you have an appointment, it will be held. Sunday morning I confirmed the appt. on your answering machine. I got a text back around 11:30 asking me to again confirm. I texted back at 11:40: 2:00 appt. confirned. At 12:15, I started my 1 hr 35 min. drive to dealership. At 1:52 pm (8 minutes BEFORE my scheduled appointment) I get a phone message from Eileen (?) saying so sorry, but someone came in an hour ago and we are finishing up the paperwork...but please come in and we'll show you something else. I dont think so. I literally turned around in your dealershop parking lot. Checkbook in hard, I was prepared to pay FULL asking price cash deal and drive the car home. Selling the car out from under me was as unprofessional and as unethical as it gets. I am now out a car that I was going to purchase, out of a tank of gas, and out of 4 hours of my and my husband's time. And I am back to square 1 in my search for a car. Shame on your dealership.

Initial Service

Brought my SUV in for initial Oil change and tire rotation.(A-1). I arrived early and saw a lot more cars than usual waiting to be serviced. I met my service advisor Susan Rutledge and though I was early said she would take me in. I arrived at 11 am and left at 1pm. That was not usual for service. Susan said that the techs were backed up. I could see it when I pulled in.

Excellent, as always

My wife and I are never surprised by the competency of the excellent service we receive. What is always the delight is how people like Jasmine address specific requests, as I had concerning my tires, the way she explained the service procedure, and how she explained again so carefully when I did not understand a step in the maintenance of my car. Moreover, when a glitch arose about part not in stock, she smoothly helped me with the rescheduling.
