I arrived at Honda just to look at the vehicles. I met with Julio Torres he was very pleasant and helpful. I asked him to show me all the small vehicles available and colors. He accomadated my request and explained in detail all the vehicle features. He made me feel comfortable and at ease in purchasing a vehicle. I will recommend him to anyone I know purchasing a vehicle.

Great experience at Braman Honda
The staff and management at Braman Honda could not have been nicer, more helpful, or more accommodating. In particular, GM Mike Rodriguez and Sales Representative Paulo Rossi went above and beyond. They were the quintessential professionals. This was for my son's first car, so it was special to him and the entire family. The car-buying or leasing experience can often be a daunting and even frustrating one, but the team at Braman Honda made it as easy and as pleasurable as possible. I will be doing more business with them and sending others their way.... In fact, I already have!

of course the service and instead of waiting I had the car service take me to my gym and pick me up in 1 hour and a half great deal.

Service Rep
Initially, the service rep gave me the incorrect info about my service contract. When I asked him to check, he was very diligent and courteous...and my problem was solved. Anyone can make a mistake...but my rep took the time and effort to "make sure". I like the initiative and respect I was offered.

Great Salesman, Great Price
First visit to check out cars. Michael Brown was not pushy, just asked what I wanted to do and showed me the cars I asked about. Return visit (after much research), came back because I liked the way I was treated. Michael was busy and introduced me to Billy Ead, who continued with the same courtesy. I had an offer from another dealer, so I had another option. Billy worked hard to get me the car and price I would pay and succeeded. A few days later, at his suggestion, I went back and he went over everything about the car, and answered all my questions. I have never had an experience like that. Billy is the kind of gentleman / salesman I would recommend to all of my friends and family.
