Great Service

More than satisfied with the customer service, knowledge and proessionalism demonstrated by my sales associate Bilal Ead. He genuinly cared about my car purchasing needs as a customer vs. an opportunity to make a sale, which unfortuntaly I can't say the the same for most sales reps in the auto industry. The service guy Art was kind and not pushy. He also worked with me on the coupons i brought. I wonder what happened to the other service people. There was a large turnover from 6 months ago. It concerns me when an organization has that much turnover. I start to think about how the employees are treated that so much turnover has occured.

Great staff

knowledgeable, courteous, NOT PUSHY, sales staff. Good inventory, Easy to conduct business without feeling hassled. Swiftly handled our questions and financing without any issues. Fair trade in values as well as discounts off of MSRP.

Great service, Excellent price

It was the best experience possible. In the beginning we were looking at the Honda Odyssey, the Toyota Sienna and the Nissan Quest. The salesperson at Braman Honda (Paulo Rossi) was actually the main factor that made us decide for the Honda Odyssey. His professionalism, courtesy, and willingness to help were above expectation and it was a welcome change compared to the other vendors.

Purchased a new 2014 CRV EXL

I liked my Salesman Feguener Gay. He was helpful and treated me with respect. I also liked the fact that you had many cars on the lot to choose from. This is the second car I purchased from a Braman Dealership (BMW in 2011). I will do so again in the future

Good place to do business

The salesman (Julio Rosales) was a professional...no high pressure. He knew his product and clearly communicated his information. Both the finance and insurance people made the experience better for us.
