Great Experience
Staff very professional. The cars are beautiful. Shout out to Oliver at Norm Reeves Ford/Lincoln Cerritos. He needs to be promoted! Horrible customer service
Went in for an oil change & a recall. Horrible communication, took longer than I expected. After recall my back camera wasn’t working! Never again will I go to this place!!!!!!!!!!!! I don’t recommend it!

Maintenance
Took my vehicle in for oil change tire rotation and one recall. They had it done in 90 minutes. Even washed my car. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

Great Service Experience. High recommend.
I purchased my vehicle from here in 2014 and have had it serviced here ever since. They have an experienced staff and caring, friendly and supportive customer service staff. I do recommend their services. Just had a recall taken care of. Was able to schedule the next day, and they got me in and out sooner than I expected. The waiting room is spacious, comfortable, and the free coffee is "specnanomous." Not sure if that's a word, but you get the picture.
