I am usually very hesitant and stand off-ish when I walk into a dealership. The sales team at Norm Reeves were very friendly and not pushy about any of the vehicles. I walked in with the idea of looking at a couple different types of cars. Josh was very insightful and made me comfortable the entire time. Carlos had to take over for a period while Josh helped a previous customer. Both of them were professional and great to work with. We got the deal done at the price I was looking for and I walked away with a beautiful Mustang Mach-e.

It was great working with Shawn and Mac. I especially appreciated the time and effort they put in to help meet my requirements in selecting a vehicle to include their offer for my trade in. Their attention to details and customer service is excellent. I truly recommend this dealership for the purchasing of a vehicle.

Daniel Sanchez and team provided us with a good deal to address our tire problem. While traveling out of town we discovered we had a nail in our tire. Because all four of our tires were very wore, Daniel provided us with a timely offer, which included a paid rental car for the day, so we decided to replace them. We drive out-of-state often and this purchase gave us a better peace of mind.
