I leased a 2024 Mustang Mache. I made an appointment with internet sales the day before and Vincent was there to help us at the appointed time. He was extremely friendly and helpful as he helped us through the leasing process. There was some negotiating to arrive at the final deal but in the end I was satisfied it was fair.

The service is adequate.
The service is adequate. Not nearly as attentive as it once was. My appointment was at 7:30am which I arrived on time and didn’t get any update in regards to my car from my service agent till almost 11am. This has not been the first time. Normaly I would get a text message messages but not this time. In addition after 4 hours I received my car with only an oil change done and a brake check and to make it worse not even a car rinse which was a staple several years back. I bought my care at Norm Reeves Ford with nearly 0 miles and its now at 215K and have always brought it to Norms Reeves. It is why I have been surprised at that past few visits that the customer service as been below average and below stellar.

Norm Reeves Ford is a well oiled machine! I went here with a general idea of what I was looking for and left with the highest confidence in my decision of my new vehicle. This was due to my outstanding sales rep, Fabian. He was extremely knowledgeable and if he didn’t have the specific data I requested, he promptly got it. I cannot recommend Fabian highly enough to anyone looking for a hassle-free, enjoyable car buying experience! Norm Reeves Ford should immediately give him a raise and bonus. Sam in financing is also awesome!

Isiah and Kevin made the car shopping experience fun and easy! He convinced me to purchase when he mentioned the Ford Rodeo experience! I also got everything I wanted in the vehicle: moon roof, rain sensing wipers. So happy I visited Norm Reeves and did not purchase elsewhere. We would love some Ford Merch and the store was closed when we visited!
