We brought the car in to check on low pressure for one

We brought the car in to check on low pressure for one tire. We were told that there was a nail and the tire could not be repaired. Although we trust the tech, it would have been nice to see the tire ( since she promised to do so) . We replaced all four tires and when we paid and started to leave, we noticed that the four tires all had different pressures. The technician should have checked it out first,

We are sorry to hear about your tire puncture, sadly that is not an uncommon occurrence here in SW Florida with all of our construction! It would be our pleasure to correct any pressure discrepancies at your earliest convenience if we did not already do so before your departure. As we have several machines that fill tires to a set pressure target, I am having our staff inspect everything to make sure our gauges and equipment are calibrated accurately and working as intended. I like taking my car to Val Ward for service.

I like taking my car to Val Ward for service. First, I get excellent service from Jane, the Service Tech, Val Ward understands that things are expensive and look for available discounts to help ease the cost, and my car is fixed right the first time. I have not had to return it due to an improper repair. I trust Val Ward to diagnose the fault and repair it correctly.
