One of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a dealership. The whole transaction was quick. My salesperson Mike M was exceptional and knowledgeable. They have just gained a life long customer.

The finance and insurance staff provided clear, honest, exceptional assistance and service. In fact he spent the time and effort to compare and contrast my Credit Union offer and insurance with Acura. It was close but I chose Acura mostly based on your staff’s presentation and offer.

Easy, on time and like always perfect. This my third Acura (Dallas, Boston and now Fort Myers). As always very happy with the car and the service.

Upper managers are nasty, rude and have little common sense

I have had issues with the dealership management team and want to remind others to stay away from this dealership ... this is only my opinion. It is based on my past dealings with Scanlon. All over a $10 free car wash. I feel so strong about my position that I now use another dealership 40 minutes from my home in which I am treated as a valued customer. V Santucci

This was our response to your poor review on Jul 21st 2019 regarding not being able to use our complimentary carwash because you chose to buy a vehicle at another dealership (stating your salesman was on vacation), and this VIP amenity was offered to you in error by an associate who didn't realize your vehicle was not sold at our store: Hi Victor, we do appreciate your service business. We will address the service department to make sure our VIP Scanlon amenities (complimentary carwash) are not given out by mistake. To use them you must have purchased the vehicle from us. In today's marketplace, we can't afford to provide them with the market being so competitive. If your sales representative is out of town, they will still get credit for the sale. This is how we keep long term employees who generate repeat business (when asked for before a sale is made).

Exceptional Service

It was an absolute pleasure to work with the team at Scanlon Acura on the purchase of my new automobile. The team made trading in and purchasing a new automobile such a seamless and stress-free experience. And I cannot say enough great things about my salesperson, Michael Messina. He understood exactly what I was looking for and was an advocate from start to finish. The concierge level of service I received from Michael greatly exceeded my expectations. Michael Messina

From start to finish Michael was a pleasure to deal with. I am a no nonsense guy and Michael was as well. I communicated what I wanted and he explained to me what could or couldn't be done. It makes the entire process easy and stress free. I will definitely look to work with Michael again in the future. That being said I'm not sure if Michael talked to the finance department prior to my meeting with them or not, but I received the same straight forward approach from the entire team. Excellent experience and have been raving about the experience all weekend to my friends and neighbors.

Service simplified. Customer gratified.

I recently took my SUV into Scanlon Acura for service. Service & Parts Manager, Aaron Pless, listened to my description of the problem, a nagging, some times hard to duplicate issue. He asked to keep the car over night to check it in the morning, as first thing in the morning was when I experienced the problem. I was provided a loaner at no charge. By mid-morning of the day after they checked the car, I was advised Scanlon Service had experienced the same problem that I had experienced. A rapid solution was arrived at.... no haggling.... and my car was repaired promptly , at what I considered to be a very fair and reasonable price. I was completely pleased with every aspect of my experience with Scanlon's Service team. They exceeded my expectations in every way! Bill F.
