For a new car purchase that was made easy and flawless. Thanks Phil and Robin for all your help with our 2019 MDX. Wish all car purchase could have gone this easy. Your service department is outstanding with the accelerated service which is fast and convenient and the loaner vehicles are a plus.

Sales person Jesse Sellers was outstanding. John Gallman initially greeted me with respect. Jesse went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and satisfied with my purchase. He never made me feel rushed.

Our car buying experience was exactly what buying a car should be for consumers. Everybody at the dealership was fair, professional, personable, and accommodating. After contacting Sam about a car we were interested in, our deal was complete in less than hour by phone. It was worth the drive from Jacksonville to Ft. Myers to purchase from this dealership.

Salesman Zoran - offered me great customer service. He made it clear he wanted my business and his actions showed it. He gave me candid clarity when I questioned, "questionable" advertising. Purchasing a vehicle almost 700 miles away was a big deal for me. I had no one in the Fort Myers area to go and check out the vehicle for me in person. All I had were pictures and a video. With that, I was relying on the integrity of the dealer as a whole. I asked for an OTD price and was given one with a little bit of rm to make a fair deal. After I finally decided to go with the deal a few days later I flew down and was picked up from the airport by Zoran. I completed the paperwork and was on the road for my 10hr drive back to the Carolinas. I was and currently still happy with my 2016 MDX purchase. Would I purchase from the dealer again - YES! Would I go with Zoran - Yes!

I stopped by to test drive a 2019 RDX and was helped by Zoran. This young man was extremely helpful and professional. He knew his product thoroughly and shared this information in a concise way. He anticipated my concerns and provided a test drive that highlighted the cars best features. Zoran is one of the best car salesmen I’ve ever dealt with.He allowed product to sell itself. Kudos

My wife and I were on the market for a new car but had yet decided what type of vehicle to purchase. We were very pleased with our sales consultant Zoran Micevski. Zoran was very polite and knowledgeable and it was very obvious that he cares about his customers. He was not just trying to sell us a car, he wanted to make sure we would be happy should we decide to purchase from Scanlon. As it turns out, we did not purchase from Scanlon Acura because we ran across a different type of vehicle at another dealership that better served our needs. Very please with the entire purchase form start to finish. The salesperson Sam was Fantastic, easy going, accurately knew his product, and was very accomidating. Dan (The Sales Manager) Was fantastic and was able to work wonders for precisely a Scanlon “deal you’ll feel good about” I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership and Sales Team. Even the service department was exceptional in information and Honest Guidance regarding the used Car I was purchasing, and they went ABOVE and beyond to be sure I was comfortable with the Car I was Buying (Sam even had the Service team put the car up on the lift to inspect the underbody of the car for total peice of mind) Great job Guys!
