We had a great positive experience at Scanlon Acura. We were hesitant at first but Zoran was very professional and made us feel comfortable. He led us through many of the special features of the car and at no time did we feel pressured into buying it. All of our concerns were dealt with a timely manner. We would highly recommend him when you are ready to purchase an Acura. Wesley made the financial part easy and quick. Andrew was very accommodating when it was time to attach our plates. He took time to address and solve another concern we had about the vehicle. On the whole everyone we dealt with went way beyond to make sure we were happy. Purchased out new 2019 RDX from Scanlon. Charles Broussard was our sales guy. Came to an agreement via email and phone. Picked up our new vehicle the next day. Mr. Broussard delivered the RDX to us. Very thorough explanation on the vehicles features and operation. Gave us the tour of the facility. The delivery process was about as painless as possible. Mr. Broussard was outstanding. In fact, all the people we dealt with at Scanlon were great. Will return for our future vehicle purchases and for service on this one.
