I love my new Acura RDX. this is my 4th vehicle from this dealership. The people who work here are all friendly and very helpful. I will return for my next Acura in 3 years.

This week, I bought a pre-owned 2015 vehicle at Scanlon. The sales consultant - Zoran Micevski was simply fantastic to work with. He spent a great deal of time with me as I evaluated the car in great detail to make sure it met my quality criteria. He was very patient and let me lead the way in my analysis of the car's condition. The car was fabulous (as advertised). We then moved onto a test drive. Rather than telling me his prescribed route, he instead asked what my test drive experience criteria might be. I asked if we could experience a mix of conditions (in town stop-and-go, some rougher surfaces, and some highway time as well). Zoran is a great listener and tailored his style to my needs. It was a great test driving experience. I then realized I was very interested in purchasing the car. We moved on to the price discussion and he explained all additional costs related to the purchase - in very clear terms. We settled on a fair price and Zoran made sure that the process was clear, efficient and smooth. The next day I came to pick up the car, and it was detailed to perfection - just like he promised. I really enjoyed working with Zoran and the other members of the team at Scanlon.

Probably the most stress free and enjoyable buying experience I've ever had. The price Sales consultant Sam and I agreed to was worth a drive across the state to pick up my new RDX A-Spec in beautiful blue. Everything was ready when we arrived and the finance manager Wes was friendly and informative; with no hard sell. Sam helped us set up some of the great Acura technology before we left for home. I spoke to John Gallman on the phone and asked him to quote me a price on a new RDX. The price was fair so I made an appointment to test drive the car and when it came to buying the car there was no extra's added like many dealers do now and no pressure from John or Wesley to purchase additional warranties etc. Best car buying experience I have had in a long time. It is my fourth new Acura in 12 years and I will buy my next one from Scanlon next time.
